I ordered this chair to replace a broken gaming style chair and while assembly was easy I had issues with the footrest not staying locked in place so after about of a week of communication with support they sent me a new one that works great! For only about $200 this is a great chair!

The chair is very comfortable and easy to put together. I work at least 11 hours a day, and I really like how I can lean back and put my feet up for a few minutes when I get the chance. The customer service department at Gabrylly is AMAZING!! They are extremely responsive and wanted to make sure I enjoyed my chair. They also gave me a free seat cushion when I reached out to the customer service department to inquire about one. I have never seen an item packaged so securely, and you can tell Gabrylly puts a lot of care into their product and does all they can to ensure customer satisfaction. I highly recommend ordering from Gabrylly. You will not be disappointed with their products.

The media could not be loaded. Received chair and assembled which takes about an hour or so. Chair seemed OK at first until I went to use the footrest which has a defective mechanism that will at times catch and lock into place if you play with it but you shouldn't have to. And then found out that it can seem like it is locked in place and you are using it and all of a sudden it gives out and flops down. Contacted support through link on purchase, seemed helpful at first, just wanted a replacement footrest which should be EASY but I received a message back with 800# and they want me to call them and possibly take a video like they're going to magically fix it with telekinetic superpowers over the phone. I have a few weeks until the deadline to return the whole chair which is seeming like the easier and better option. I've bought 2 chairs from this company and there won't be a 3rd and the 2nd is likely soon going in a box back to them. Very disappointing purchase.

Looks good in my office, large enough for 6’ 5” man. Very comfortable, folding armrest allow me to push it all the way under my desk without interfering with my keyboard tray. It was easy to assemble. And well make. I recommend this product.

This chair should've been a 5-star item, but holes for on of the screws in the headrest assembly would not align to fasten the screw. The chair was easy to put together, but took a little longer than I thought it would, partly to do with me but mainly due to trying to get the last screw in. The chair is really comfortable. How to use the various features for the chair is included in the assembly booklet. Setting the chair in the 3 leaning back positions was slightly tricky because you have to guess how far back to go in the 2nd position to lock it in place using the chair handle. (You pull the hand out to unlock and push the handle in to lock. Simple feature.) It's not required to fiddle with the leaning back option to lean back and forth temporarily though. The movable headrest can raise in height or tilt in any position using buttons on each side of headrest bar. The seat can rise to a pretty good height for tall people. At 5'3" tall my legs were almost dangling off the floor at the top height. The handle used to lock the leaning back position is also used to change the chair height, using it the same way you use for 99% of office chairs. Incidentally, the 5 legs of the chair did not interfere with my feet as I rolled back and forth, and 5 legs made the chair feel really stable. Both armrests can move to an upward position to move out of your way. The chair is very wide to accommodate bigger people. All in all, the chair would have undoubtedly been a 5-star if it weren't for that 1 screw.
