I'll start this review by saying that I don't normally write product reviews, however, this chair was amazing enough to warrant one. The chair itself is very comfortable and ergonomic. It was straight forward to put together, as it only took about an hour. The tool that came with the box was used to put the entire chair together, which was very convenient, as I hate having to use multiple tools out of my toolbox. I can honestly say my back feels better compared to my previous leather reclining chair. The dual ergonomic back support was one of the reasons I chose this chair over others and it did not disappoint! I also enjoy the ability to recline at multiple levels and the head rest is very comfortable when I want a quick rest for my neck. The main reason I chose to write this review, however, was due to the aftercare service I received on the chair. On no less than three instances, I reached out to the company and they were amazing in every instance! The first issue involved a part that came out a little bent out of the box. At the time, I couldn't center the piece to install it on the frame and reached out to them for assistance. They provided me support and guidance on how to install, but reassured me if it wasn't working, they would quickly send me another piece. Luckily, I was able to figure it out and didn't need another part shipped, but their quick response and willingness to lend me a hand was refreshing! For the second instance, as I was reading the instruction manual, I noticed that there was a separate ergonomic pillow and strap that they offered to send their customers who needed additional back support. I went ahead and asked for that and they promptly mailed it out to me. I will say that it is very comfortable and I appreciate their willingness to offer additional items over and above the chair I purchased. Speaking of additional items, my last encounter with the aftercare team involved arm rests. As many of the Amazon reviews explain on this chair, the ability of the arm rests to move back and forth, as well as up and down, is a double edged sword. It's very convenient for elbow placement, however, the movement can happen unwantedly at times. I reached out to them on this and they offered to ship me arm rest covers, which not only help the back and forth movement, but also are soft and cushiony on your elbows. I must say these did not disappoint. They slip right over the arm rests very easily and are very comfortable on my elbows. I will say that they do help the movement of the arm rests as well, which is an added bonus. Overall, I would highly recommend this chair! You certainly won't regret it. But definitely ask for the arm rests. Those are clutch!!!

I finally got a new chair for my home office, because I could not take the back and butt aches anymore from my old office chair which was beyond its lifetime and the gaming chair I bought 15 months ago. I bought this chair because it is much like my Herman-Miller chair I have in my office at work. In fact, they are almost identical. The only difference is the this chair cost about 1/2 - 1/3 less than my at work chair. So, that leads to the obvious question of the quality. Typically with that kind of price difference the quality suffers. So, far I can say that is not the case. Ultimately, the long term use will determine if this chair holds up and I will come back in 12-18 months and update. But you can often get a sense of the quality based upon the materials and the setup process. This chair definitely appears very well made. The legs are all steel and are rather heavy - definitely compared to my gaming chair. The base and control pieces are also steel and solid and quite heavy. You are not going to knock this chair over without considerable effort. I love the mesh and you won't have to worry about the cushion breaking down and it keeps you a little cooler as it allows air flow. The elbow rests are plastic, but then so are the ones on my real office chair. They have considerable height adjustability - I would say around 5". I am rather tall and appreciate the upper range they provide. The reclining capability is very nice and solid. I don't see this coming loose as my gaming chair has at times, sending you on a mad scramble from falling backwards out of the chair. The only real negative that others have pointed out is the wheels don't move quite as easily as my gaming chair or my other office chair. Now, I am sitting in a carpeted office with non-office carpet (not flat, but plush), so I would not expect it to move around so easily. Seriously, super minor issue and it just requires a little more effort to move it around when sitted (which I rarely do). Moving it when not sitted is no effort. Great chair, and now my wife wants one!
