I'm around 6'2" and a lot of standard office chairs feel a bit too small for me, especially when it comes to finding a chair with good back and neck support. Conversely, chairs designed for bigger folks can end up being too tall or bulky, and not align well with my desk. But this GABRYLLY office chair does a great job of walking that tightrope: I was able to easily adjust the height of the chair, the arm rests, the back's recline resistance, and the position of the neck/head support to exactly what I wanted. Opening the box, at first I was a bit overwhelmed by all of the pieces and I put off assembling the chair for a few days. However, I needn't have feared: It was actually super-simple to put together, and my 8-year old daughter had assembled half the chair for me before I'd even finished looking through the directions. All of the pieces slot together quickly, and the only tool that's needed is included in the box (the chair comes with an Allen Wrench/Hex Key that's actually really nice, a great upgrade over the dinky little hex keys that usually come with home-assembly product), and they even include a few spare screws. The wheels it came with were okay, but didn't roll on some surfaces as smoothly as I was hoping, so I might try ordering some alternate wheels in the future (like the popular rollerblade style wheels that some people prefer). Since this chair uses a standard size slot for the wheels, any standard office chair wheels should be able to be swapped in, I think. However, the GABRYLLY support team provided me with a tweak for the chair legs that they suggested I try out for my situation before bothering with new wheels, and they were right -- the fix they provided solved my immediate need, allowing the chair to roll much better in my office. The support team at this company is really top notch, and it's a very solid chair -- I've been using it for a month so far, and it's holding up perfectly. So far, compared to my previous office chairs, my back and legs feel much better at the end of each day.

So few chair manufacturers make chairs with mesh seats so I was happy to find this highly rated GABRYLLY ergonomic chair. With an all mesh chair you don't have to worry about the foam seat flattening down and losing support, nor being too hot to sit in. This is a great chair, exactly as described. Assembly takes some time but was a breeze - all the bolts and washers are clearly labeled. They even wrap the left and right components in different colored plastic, making it easy to confirm you have the correct piece. If you've never assembled a desk chair I recommend watching the video before starting to help familiarize yourself with the process. The chair is sturdy and very comfortable to sit in. All of the tilt, rock and height adjustments work smoothly. The flip up arm rest work well, and make it easy to move the arms out of your way quickly The only point deduction would be for the headrest, which is difficult to adjust and gives the impression that it will snap off with any additional force. My college age son took this chair with him to his dorm to use at his desk. However, the layout of his room resulted in having his area rug was positioned near but not fully under his desk. The provided wheels rolled great on the bare floor and okay on the rug but really struggled moving back and forth from the bare floor to rug. Remembering the instruction manual included an email to request blade wheels, I sent a message to GABRYLLY explaining my son's issues. I got a response the next day from May who replied that they would they send me a set of blade wheels at no additional cost. They arrived soon after and now the chair rolls effortlessly. Truly remarkable customer service.

I am very happy with this chair. My old chair was the the same chair I’ve had for many yeats and it got to the point where there was no coushion left on it. My posture and health was becoming affected by sitting in my old chair for hours on end. I dont have a lot of money and I had to push myself to buy a new chair even though my old one made me miserable. Maybe I’m not used to having something comfy and new, but this chair has already made my life better. I stream on kick and twitch fulltime and this chair has immediately impacted my mood in a positive way. It was cheap, easy to build, comfortable, and even allows air flow through the back and bottom of the seat. I can sit for longer periods of time without getting sweaty from the chair. Also when I fart it has a place to go. I’m very satisfied with this purchase. It was cheaper so I suspect it may not last very long, which is fine, for the price I would buy another one in a year or two. I have a carpet so the wheels dont roll very well but they do offer a bladed wheel upgrade on their website so I may end up prding those and hopefully it will fix my issue. I’m not gonna lie, I probably could give this product a lower star rating, but I’m just so happy I have something new after years of discomfort. I dont live a life of luxury but purchasing this chair made me feel like royalty. 5/5 would recommend, I’ll probably buy again.

This is like a 3.5 to a 4 for me. It was difficult to put together at times, as some of the screws didn’t totally match the holes. The material on the arm rests is scratchy and rubs my arms raw. It functions as described, but do note that the arm rests aren’t adjustable in height. It generally isn’t as nice as I’d hoped it would be, but the chair is comfortable and looks nice.
