I bought this chair for my wife who is 5'2" and petite. She loves it! Says it's very comfortable and versatile, The folding armrests work very well and allow her to get closer when operating her sewing machine. I put the chair together for her and noticed how well built the chair is ,very study with a metal base instead of the usual plastic ones. The chair was easy to assemble and the directions were easy to follow. I highly recommend this chair, it's a good buy! The only thing I would caution is to make sure and buy the proper size for the person using it as they come in a couple different sizes.

Chairs can be tough to buy new without trying them out in person. You have no idea how it will feel, adjust, or breathe as you sit into it. The only way to know if what you’re getting is good or not is by taking a strangers word on the internet that it’s good. That being said, I’m very happy I listened to the strangers on this one. Coming from exclusively leather, cushiony chairs my whole life, I had no idea what to expect out of its mesh cousin. I was looking for something comfortable like a leather seat with the added breathability that mesh provides. This chair hits all marks. It’s comfortable, it breathes, is fully adjustable and comes with easy to read instructions backed up by the best customer service I’ve ever received online in my last 20 years on the web. The curves and contours of the chair fit my 5’10” 250 lb. frame nicely. The pneumatic adjustment is firm and cooperates well with any adjustments you might need. The upright position makes me feel like I slouch too much (which I probably do) and the lowest position almost makes me fall asleep (which I probably need). The casters glide as if on ice (after an upgrade, more on that later) and have no trouble changing course. The wheels might actually slide too well as now I have to plant my feet to stop myself on my wood floors. There is a “not included but provided upon request” lumbar pillow. The cushion is high quality but my back didn’t take to it very well. Not a knock on the chair, just my bad back. All in all, 5/5 so far. All of Assembly is easy if you’ve ever put together any office chair ever. It’s the same. No surprises there. Steel construction with steel screws and a provided Allen wrench for the initial build. I would suggest using a battery powered drill at low speed for the screws. Having a power tool makes the job much quicker but isn’t necessary. All of the pieces are clean and free of any machining burrs. Again, 5/5. Now we get to the customer service. The entire reason I decided to go with this chair was based on feedback provided by past customers. And I’m sure glad I listened. The lumbar pillow I spoke about only took a short email to acquire. Their friendly, helpful, and well spoken customer service agents are quick to reply and are always asking for feedback. I also mentioned earlier in the review that my casters were now good. That does mean the ones that it includes were not up to the standard of the rest of the chair for my weight. That being said, my wife, who is much smaller than I am, had no issues scooting around on the included wheels. Anyway, the company ended up sending me a replacement set of high quality nylon casters at no charge that tied up this experience in a nice little bow. The company did request the old wheels and base the be returned but the prepaid shipping label was provided. The option to have them arrange pickup of said items was also available. 5/5 with ease. So there it is. My first review ever. I would be doing the manufacturer a disservice by not detailing the entire experience from exceptional construction to customer service rivaled by none. If you’re looking to give mesh chairs a shot, don’t be afraid. You will not regret it. (I know this review was all positive. It was not sponsored. Unless you count the upgrades, but anyone can get those.)

Excellent quality product. It's really comfortable, and just what I needed. At first I was taken aback by all the parts and directions, but then I saw the directions were extremely clear and easy to follow. There were also videos provided for further explanation. I took my time and all went well. My only tip is to pay attention to what comes in a blue bag vs. a clear bag, before taking them off. It tells you which is the right and which is the left part of the arm rest. I was able to figure it out with other clues given in the directions so it all worked out. This will be an excellent office chair to replace the old one I had.

UPDATE: I had to downgrade to 4 stars because since I've been using it a while now, I've discovered the wheels can be a pain. They don't like to turn well at times. I'm thinking I probably need to replace them with ones that are maybe bigger or just more sturdy. Or maybe more of a ball-shape. I have wooden floors and they get "stuck" in a position at times. A roller ball style would be better, I think. Hopefully, this is an easy swap. I bought a Serta padded office chair the end of 2020 and it had memory foam in the seat and back. I noticed after about 6 mos the padding had started to bounce back less. Now, I'm not model material but I'm not overweight either. Like the average person, I'd like to lose about 20 lbs but I'm average height, average build, female. I know that it was the padding that was losing its shape because I often sit on one side, leg tucked under, and the shift in material was obvious. I noticed it especially when I sat on my husband's chair, same one, that we got him middle of last year. This one is mesh, which was much more comfortable in the summer due to the better airflow. The arms adjust, which I like because sometimes I want a slightly different alignment. I am prone to migraines that came about due to a careless driver in an automobile accident back in 1985. When I say I need a comfortable chair with support, it's to make working easier when I have those headaches and pain. My old chair had a bit more of a footprint, and my office isn't huge (I'm a perm teleworker) so I was constantly rubbing it against the wall behind me. Haven't had that issue with this chair. I like that it can push back or not, depending on my mood (the seat back, not the whole chair, iow). The headrest has multiple positions, something I've not found in other mesh types and it does make a difference when your hair is pulled back in a clip or ponytail. They sent a lumbar support, shown in photo, which is nice, but I'd rather the lumbar be position-able and part of the back of the seat. That's the one drawback I can see. I don't always want the same amount of back support so I will take the pillow off or put it on, depending on how I feel that day. I got it on special - there was a coupon or maybe it was a daily deal, I can't remember. I've had it several months now so I could really test it out and give an actual viewpoint from someone who uses it daily, for 8 to sometimes 10, 11 or more hours a day.
