It's very nice in my patio. Pretty sturdy and durable. Easy to put together and height is also adjustable. We played a few times in our spare time and have all enjoyed it. Highly recommend.

    • Good quality, Easy to Assemble
The hoop is pretty easy to assemble; it probably took my son & and I about 30 minutes to get it together. It is well made with metal components and solid hardware, so it feels solid when it comes together. The rim is attached to the backboard using springs on the top, so there is some deflection on it to prevent breaking the backboard (although instructions are explicit to not hang on it, dunk, etc). My son is 11 years old and in a competitive basketball league. We got this for him to practice on at home and I think it will be good for that. It's funny though, when you assemble it at the highest point (10 feet) it really seems a lot higher than it is. I measured it to make sure and it is right on at 10 feet, it just looks higher. I think that is because a typical 10' high hoop at the gym has a larger backboard, so this one just looks like it's so far up there. I think it's fine and the backboard is nice, but it could be larger. The only complaint that I have on the assembly is that the small hole in the base to fill it with water and/or sand is much too small. We live in in a climate where it will freeze in the winter so we are filling with sand but it takes a while to work the the sand into that tiny hole using funnels, etc. It's a must because the hoop is completely unstable without weighting down that base. ... show more

This is a nice basketball hoop. It was easy to setup, but will not be quick to adjust honestly. I think the base could be a little larger too. Overall not bad though.

Good hoop for price point. Was very easy to put together. Good materials. 2 small issues you find compared to expensive hoops. When you lower backboard the pipe doesn't sit in itself so board is lower but main pipe stays high. Not a huge issue but something to be mindful of. Also, the base is fairly narrow. So even filled all the way you might want extra support. Overall, given price and ease to put together I give this a storing recommendation. ... show more

Very well made. It’s sturdy and safe. We like that there are height options and that the backboard is sturdy. It can grow with your child. Ours is put to the last hole because my son is tall. He loves it and plays everyday for several hours. This will last through time. It was easy to build, but you MUST follow all of the instructions exactly as instructed. It took two people to build as the instructions stated. It was fast but the poles had the wrong alphabet on it. We figured it out with no problem. We chose to fill with water, rather than sand, and that made it super sturdy. Don’t stand the court up once built without someone holding while you fill with sand or water, it will fall over. It cannot stand alone without the base being filled completely. This is one is a winner. ... show more
