    • Fairly lightweight, great for small spaces
Just under a year ago, I changed careers to a WFH office job after working in hospitality for quite a while. I love my work now, but it's hard to get my steps in throughout the day while trying to stay productive. After several weeks of deliberation, I noticed that this FYC treadmill was on sale and decided to take advantage of it. I ordered it on 11/29/2021 and it arrived on 12/7/2021, so fairly expediently. It was very neatly packaged and fully assembled out of the box. I had little difficulty carrying it upstairs to my studio/office, and it fits very nicely under my desk. The remote control it comes with makes it easy to adjust speed while I'm working. I mostly walk on it but my SO uses it to get his runs in with it being cold outside, and that necessitates moving it downstairs to the living room. Given how many times it has been up and down the stairs, I'm quite pleased with its durability. Cons: the ball bearing "wheels" do not help much with maneuverability except somewhat when propping it against a wall for storage. Once it's on its feet, it becomes difficult to adjust its position, though this might be alleviated with a mat. It has also started clicking quite loudly during more intense workouts, and I have not yet discovered the source of the sound. It still seems to operate fine in spite of it. Being that it's meant to be more portable, it is quite narrow and short, which may be exactly what you're looking for in a walking pad. Anyone with a long running stride may want to opt for something bigger though. Overall, this has been one of my favorite purchases of 2021 and it's helped me get back to my old levels of activity before changing careers. I've even used it while gaming (crafting in FFXIV, so nothing too intense), which is a great way to feel less guilty about my leisure activities. I love this thing. I am super glad I bought it. It fits into my closet and is not bigger than a utility ladder. I work out 3 - 5 times a week but I use the treadmill mostly for walking because I work from home and tend to sit a lot. I have jogged on it a few times. The speed options are nice and there are NO subscriptions necessary. Super easy to use and relatively quiet. worth every penny. Note: This machine has a 220lb weight limit. I purchased this treadmill with caution because I had a bad experience in the past. Although it was shipped to the wrong address originally, the customer service team were very quick to respond, apologize, and get me a new one. I was able to get it in my home by myself, there is no assembly required, it is a perfect size, and not too loud. I LOVE IT!! The only thing that is kind of janky is the remote, but that's not a big deal. I would recommend the treadmill and this seller. ... show more

    • This is perfect for those who need a compact device that still allows for running at full speed
Before I begin the review in earnest, I don't think I quite understand the 'warmth' rating. I believe it might have something to do with whether or not the device gets too warm after long period of use, so I rated it based on experience. This device, while a little heavy, is incredibly thin and is easily stowed. Overall, this device is *exactly* what I was looking for as it combines the ability to run, jog or walk and I can use it in combination with my standing desk, so now I can walk and work at the same time, while easily shifting it away from my desk as needed. Raising the bar allows for moving at higher speeds, which has allowed me to combine my traditional binge watching, or even just daily news catchup, with walk, jog or run and then intermittent cooldown sessions. I can't say that I have immediately lost weight, as I've had it for only about a week and everyone's body chemistry and situation is unique, but I can state with certainty that I have a increase in overall energy levels and my stamina seems to be building quickly, too. I was not a full-time couch potato prior to ordering this, but I am not as healthy as I'd like to be yet, either. In conjunction with a routine on this treadmill, especially the burned calories from using it while walking slowly at my desk and using it during media time, and slight adjustments to my food choices, I'm sure that I'll reach my goals and feel even more energized along this journey. ... show more

Defective product. Didn't even last past a year. Motor burned out on me with hardly any good use. Machine was hard to use, it would stop running without warning and skip beats causing me to stumble. The only good thing was the easy storage, but not reliable. HORRIBLE!!! Too bad I cant get my money back. ... show more

This is a great little exercise machine! It's winter in Utah and as an avid gardener, I need something to keep my muscles working! This machine came packed perfectly, all items in tact, easy for me to move until I found the "right" place for it and fun to use! I was able to program the remote without a problem (although I find it a bit "tacky" and hard to read). I use the handle bar 100% of the time as I'm a "senior citizen" and need that extra support for balance. I assume it wouldn't be the right machine for someone who is really into heavy exercise, but it is just right for my needs. The pre-programmed times are too fast and long for me, so I program my own speed and watch the time to meet my goals. I've increased speed every few days to reach my eventual goal. I would absolutely recommend this item for anyone 77 years old and 140 lbs who needs to get out of the chair and DO SOMETHING!! ... show more

If you need the jumbo treadmill that requires large spaces don't buy this model. The FYC under desk model with 3.5hp and a weight limit of 300lbs is a solid choice. The unit works very well with the remote or the control panel. This model fits nicely almost anywhere and folds up to slide under the bed etc. and rollers and wheels are a plus. The control panel can be folded down while using with a restricted speed for safety. The overall construction appears decent, and the frame seems adequate for the pounding it will take. The motor is quiet and smooth with enough speed from a slow walk to jogging. There are no fancy bells and whistles just what you need at a great price and enough money left over to purchase the extended warranty for peace of mind. If only this treadmill was slightly longer it would be so much better. And I’m only 5 feet tall with short legs! Either that or place the handle further up. Also, it’s a bit thicker than advertised. One reason I picked it was because I thought it would fit under my couch, but no. I have been able to make it work though and I guess overall it’s a good value fir the money! ... show more
