I ordered the FXW Instant Playpen as we planned to bring home our Christmas cockapoo puppy. The 24" height was the correct height for our 2-lb. pup. As the photos show we set it up in our Living Room atop a sheet of vinyl flooring from a big box store. Our ability to resize and reshape easily the perimeter around the crate has proven very helpful as we did our housebreaking and crate training. I ordered the nibs to put on the ends of the connector rods to protect my flooring. What a stress- and rug/furniture-saver this arrangement has been. We ordered a second set to set up in our exercise room. I imagine we will move it outside to create a "pee pen" when the time comes to replace the temp. fencing I have set up now. More impressive than the product is the customer service. I wrote directly to FXW customer service because the shipper seemed to have dropped the heavy box and inside some panels had rust where some water must have leaked in as the shipper loaded the box. One panel had a bent wire. Within a few hours of my writing (with photos), cust. svc. wrote back with an obviously personal response. A second email with more photos of the damage led to an equally quick and detailed response. Next, within a day, came a note with four options they were making to satisfy me: complete or partial refund, all or partial free replacement of less-than-perfect panels. What a pleasure to have such care and pride on the part of a vendor!

Best thing I have EVER bought for my pets… and I’ve bought a LOT. Lol. This beats any crate, kennel, or cage I’ve ever purchased. It addresses all of the issues that come with other options. I am incredibly impressed with its construction. It will be amazing to have the 32 panels to create a whole yard for our frenchies and massive Saint bernard / Pyrenees mix when we go camping. Until then, it makes an excellent indoor crate of any size, too. We are going to buy more to surround our pool to help keep the pups safe. We will drill some holes in our concrete deck and drop the pins right in. The 32 panels don’t take up as much space as I expected. SOOOO HAPPY!

Best customer experience ever. During shipping the product got damaged and they made sure I had replacement parts in just a matter of a few days. No hassle, they just asked for me to snap a few photos for their records to pass along to their packing and shipping department. It was easy to assemble, where my ground was a little firmer i used a rubber mallet to drive the posts down. It's a great way to fence in small areas (like in front of my modular home) where i let my dog play and we like to sit outside in it. You can add or subtract panels. So you could buy another set and make it even bigger. Transporting to other locations is a little trickier as this doesn't fold up anyway. All individual panels with posts. Ohh and it comes with two doors which i love. One by the drive way, one by the walk way. 10 out of 10 love this product and their customer service was impressive. Can't say this enough. Been using this for several weeks now and even took it down and put it back up a few times and it is just convenient and easy.

My wife and I are RVers and wanted some kind of containment for our 2 small dogs. After 6 years of constantly having tie-outs tangled around our feet and chairs, this is life changing! I did a lot of research and read reviews before choosing this brand. We have the 32" and got the double pack of 32 panels. Gives us lots of configuration options. Also plenty of room for many chairs. Love having the 4 gates that can be placed where you need them. Every time we camp people come up and want to know where I got it and what brand etc. I should be getting a commission on sales here in Central Texas!

I ordered 16 of the 32" panels to replace some old temporary fencing for our small dogs. What an improvement! Took about 5-10 minutes to put in place, even with rocky and uneven ground, and it's quite sturdy. I love that the tops are rounded...definitely a safety improvement for both dogs and people. The gates work very well and will save me from making unwise decisions to just step over the fence. The fencing was very well packaged and was in perfect condition even though the box had obviously seen some rough handling during transit. I am going to order another set of 16. I am so impressed with this company. They obviously thought through the design carefully.

I’m SO pleased with the quality of this pet playpen that I bought a 2nd set of 16 panels! I put them all together in my new manufactured home’s carport and backyard area so as to create a very large fenced-in enclosure (complete with artificial turf) for my dogs to be let outside safely multiple times every day to potty, explore and lounge in the sun. It’s sturdy and attractive and keeps my small senior dogs from venturing beyond my property line. (I got the 36” height which may not work well with larger younger dogs.) But for my purposes this saved me from having to pay thousands to have fencing installed, therefore I’m beyond pleased!

We bought this for two little puppies we rescued that are sick as a type of quarantine in the house; until they are healthy, it works perfectly and it's better than a crate during the day, it gives them ample playroom but in a couple of months or so it will be time to move it on into the backyard and buy a more heavy-duty one I think this was meant for being used outside anyway; even their little 4-5lb bodies can push the walls out and have it all misshapen by the end of the day. But it works great for small dogs in the house.

We finally got to use this fence. Even on a concrete slab ( as seen in picture 3) look how it fits. We really can't say enough good things about this particular fence. Buy it, you won't regret it at all. My family ( husband, myself & our 2 pups) absolutely love this enclosure and we feel safe while out here with our 2 little girls ( dogs ) we're able to relax while they explore inside this enclosure. Buy it don't waste another minute looking. You'll love it as we sure do
