After some delivery issues, I finally have my futon sofa & i absolutely adore it! Assembly was incredibly easy, just screw the legs on and put the velcro-attached pillows on. The pattern on the fabric gives it a modern touch, and the material is soft. I like this because the seats can be converted separately, so I can leave one side down at all times for my large dog, and that gives her more room to stretch out without taking over the entire sofa. This futon os great for smaller spaces, but if you have a large space, these dont have arms like traditional sofas, so you can easily put multiple pieces together to create your own seating. Sleeping on it is pretty comfy too. Someone mentioned getting a mattress topper, but I think that would take away from how pretty it is. I really like this futon sofa bed. It has a clean and cozy look, and it fits perfectly in my living room. The fabric feels soft, and it’s comfortable to sit or lay on,it’s so nice .Assembly was pretty simple and didn’t take much time. A few minutes and everything ready.Very delicate color.

1-Star Review This is my very first Amazon review, and unfortunately, I’m writing it because I am extremely disappointed with this futon. I do not usually leave reviews, but this purchase was so unsatisfactory that I feel it is important to warn other buyers. The futon may look decent in the photos, but in person it is completely uncomfortable and not functional as a couch or a bed. The cushions are incredibly thin, flat, and unsupportive. When I sit on it, I can feel the hard frame underneath, and it starts hurting almost immediately. When I lay down on it, the futon digs into my body and makes it impossible to get comfortable or sleep properly. I tried to give it a fair chance. I allowed it time to expand, fluffed the cushions, adjusted them, and even added two pillows and a down comforter for extra padding just so I could sit and sleep on it. Even with all of that extra cushioning, it is still painfully uncomfortable. That should not be necessary for a brand-new futon that is advertised as something you can actually use. This is especially frustrating because I live in a small studio, so this was meant to be both my seating area and sleeping space. Instead, it has taken up valuable space and left me needing to buy something else immediately. The return process has also been very disappointing. I contacted the seller and explained the issue clearly. They offered a partial refund of $25 & replacement cushions, suggesting I could combine the new cushion stuffing with the existing cushions to create “double padding.” In my opinion, that only confirms that the original cushions are not sufficient. I should not have to take apart cushions and add extra stuffing to make a brand-new futon usable. I also explained that I no longer have the original box because I live in a small studio and recycled it after unboxing. Now I am being told I would need to pay the return shipping fee. That is very frustrating when the product itself does not meet expectations. Overall, this purchase has been a huge inconvenience and a waste of money. The futon is uncomfortable, impractical, and not worth the price. I would not purchase this again, and I would strongly caution others against buying it if you need something comfortable or functional. ... show more

Just received 1 of a set of 2 that I got for less than regular price for one as a Prime purchase, so great value. for the money imo. The other will be here in a few. I like the looks of it, and while waiting for the cushions to reshape I see they'll probably be nice and fluffy. Love the green color - it's a dark leaf so not dull or too bright. The 1 thing I would suggest is letting people know that if they have laminate wood or hard, smooth floors they out non-skid rug under the legs, as they have the floor protector pins on them and slide around on the floor with barely a touch when not in use. I love the versatile 4-in-1 positioning so that it doesn't have to lie flat or stay totally upright on the back. A wooden frame adds to the build quality, making it stable but still light enough to move around the room without help. This is replacing another and is also doubling as a bed, so comfort and extra long was important because I am also a tall person. ... show more

It is very firm! Was easy to put together and suitable for resting on. I do wish the cushions were a little bit thicker. I purchased a twin size mattress cover and even folded that over so that there was something to sit on other than the hardwood. Usually, I don’t do reviews if I can’t really say anything nice. It’s too late now I purchased it and I’m not going through returning it so I will just make sure there are pillows all over it. If you want something cushioning by another product. First, incredibly easy to put together, with 0 issues, think it took me 10 mins. The cushion material feels nice it’s soft and ribbed. This is a smaller futon, but the dimensions are stated and I measured before receiving so it was as expected, and the perfect size for the end of my bed. I’m 6 foot tall and laid it flat like a bed to test it out and while i am end to end on it I could still sleep comfortably if I wished. No issues with the up/down mechanism of the back rests and mine line up just fine (some reviews showed pictures of the backs not aligning quite right). It’s sturdy and held me and a friend (probably 300lbs combined) with no problems. My only wish is that the cushions were a little more full/plump. They’re not uncomfortable, they’re just lacking in overt fullness. There is a zipper on both cushions and I’ve contemplated maybe trying to add some memory foam. But for the price I really can’t complain. It’s a petite good looking functional futon and I would buy again. 5 stars for price and ease of putting together. 4 stars for comfortable. There’s nothing fancy about this but they’ve managed to give you a good product at an affordable price. ... show more

Super simple to set up. Great for smaller studios and the like. It’s as comfortable as you can get for the price. I’m 6’ and 240lb and it’s surprisingly sturdy. Perfect for what we needed, but ripped and the threading was coming of on some of the seams. Messaged them asking for a partial refund of $50 and they offered me $15. Seems on the low end for a ripped product so I’m willing to take it, but will have to spend money to repair, since returning it and replacing it would have been more of hassle.
