Margarita Man has been producing our award-winning gourmet cocktail mixes since 1986. All of our products are made with pure cane sugar. No high- fructose corn syrup goes into any of our products. Mixing / Preparation Instructions 1. Margarita Machine or Blender: Designed for use in a blender or any frozen drink machine, margarita machine, granita machine, or slush machine. 2. Margarita Machine Batch Instructions: - 1 bottle (1/2 gal) – Margarita Man Green Apple concentrate - 2.5 gal – water - 1.75 L – Vodka - combine all ingredients in a 5-gallon mixing container, stir or shake vigorously, and carefully pour into a margarita or slush machine - Makes 56 8-ounce drinks with alcohol mixed in, or 48 Sour Green Apple slushes 3. Blender Instructions: - 4 oz – Margarita Man Green Apple concentrate - 3 oz – Vodka - 3.5 cups – Ice - combine all ingredients in a blender and frappé! - Makes 4 8-ounce drinks ABOUT MARGARITA MAN We manufacture over twenty-five premium frozen drink concentrates that can be used in margarita machines or blenders. Tried them all in Bunn Ultra 2. This is the best. Follow the directions exactly using Jose Q Gold (not white). The pure cane sugar is the trick, makes the machine happy and no acid heartburn like the cheapo mixes the restaurants and low end bars use.

I like that they use real sugar, but the flavors, except for cola, are artificially colored. And the cola has a "sour" aftertaste without alcohol.

I was sent instruction by the company on the use of this product and that was really helpful. It took a while to get here but the mix is yummy. As I am allergic to alcohol, my drink is virgin but fun.
