This chair is a big upgrade from what i use to have. I used to have a office chair, it was very cheap, did not last long, and did not have full back support. It eventually broke, I ended up using a wooden chair that I had, it was way worse. I looked online, saw some reviews, and eventually i found this gaming chair. This was a big upgrade since i had full back support, with lumbar, and neck support ( That part basically being comfortable). It can even lean back; however, the part were you sit is only comfortable for about 2 hours. The arms rest dont have much padding, but i dont use them as much, so not really a big problem for me. I use it for pc and console. The instructions didn’t really help, so I had to go on youtube and search for a video to help me assemble it. If you do get this chair, be careful when u attach the incline feature, you can only pull it when the chair is COMPLETELY assembled (Correctly).

I got this for my boyfriend and it only took him 40 minutes to set it up. Easy to assemble. I personally thought it was very comfortable and so did he! We both enjoyed that it reclines back

This chair was great for quite a while. After a couple years the bottom cushion started to wear very thin. I'm only 150 lbs. so I think it's just a cheap cushion. Other than that it is a great chair and I'm considering buying a second one just because it's cheap and comfortable and lasted a fair amount of time.

My daughter is using this chair and in her words, "i love it! it's comfortable and i like the lumbar support. the only thing i would change is the fact that the seat of the chair isn't flat. it juts out on the edge and sometime it presses against my thighs. recommend a footrest of some sort. chair is great for sitting for an eight hour shift while working from home."

Honestly when I bought the chair, I had my share of worries because of the cost of the chair was so low so I didn’t expect much when it arrived I received a decent chair that was kinda squeaky and semi comfortable and for the price I shouldn’t complain so after a year with this product I can say the chair has seen better days the arm rest do tend to become loose after a while and tend to be a little wobbly it isn’t that bad but I decided to remove them and after I removed them I replaced the wheels with flat legs so I can use the chair for my racing sim and so far the chair has held up great beside the cushion were you sit becomes flat and it kind hurts when I sit down for too long but after buying this product again the materials feel a lot better the cushion feels more firm and more comfortable and the back adjustment feels alot smoother so I gave the chair a 4 out of 5 because if I are planning to keep this chair for years your results may vary as I used mine everyday for gaming and for my racing sim I hope someone reads this as this will be very helpful to people who are looking for a chair on the market thanks

I purchased this for my home office because I wanted a chair with a little more back support and a chair which would adjust higher than the one I had in my home. It took me about 35 minutes to put it together. The only difficulty I had was that one pre-drilled hole in the seat was drilled about a 16th of an inch off, and I had to go get my tool box in order to get that one bolt seated. Otherwise, it went together with the allen wrench that was included. The bolts and screws were all there. Look carefully at the pictures while putting it together if you haven't put this type of chair together before. And make sure to tighten the bolts tight. You don't have to break your arm getting them tight, but I can tell you that if you don't, they'll come loose rather quickly. This chair reclines, rocks, swivels, and is, in my case, the perfect height. And I don't have it extended to the maximum height, so I'm pleased. The only thing I took a star away for is that the seat is a little bit uncomfortable at first. It is narrower at the front of the seat than it should be, and it took me a couple of days before I found myself adjusting to it. My previous chair had a flat seat with no side support, so beware if you, too, are not used to the support. Until you body and mind adjust to the difference, you may find it uncomfortable. Also the lumbar cushion that is included is way too big for me and I ended up using the headrest for a lumbar, and putting the lumbar cushion aside. But that's me, and I wouldn't assume that anyone else would find the cushion too large. This arrived in good condition with no rips or tears. I'm not too rough on a chair in my office, but I can see where the covering might tear easily during rough use. Overall, I would say this chair is a very good deal at the price. I don't know how long it will last. I don't think anyone can say that, considering each office is different. But for me, it was a good chair at a good price.
