The media could not be loaded. I purchased the Furbo primarily to give my puppy food rewards when she is calm in the crate, and to be able to check on her when we leave the house. It works great for these purposes with a wire crate. I put the Furbo on the floor next to the crate, with the ejection spout centered between two wires. It was well priced during prime day. If I had to pay full price for it, I might look at cheaper alternatives. I am not using the rotating, tracking, or smart alert features of the Furbo. I'm not using its speaker that allows you to remotely talk to your dog. I've heard that some dogs get stressed hearing their person's voice when they are away from home, and I don't want to chance that. I recorded silence for the treat toss sound, so as not to alarm the puppy. I load the Furbo with dog kibble, and set the treat size to "small". The bark alert feature works well when its sensitivity is set to "medium". There are a few false positives triggered by people talking in the house, but if I set it to "low" it misses some barking. I turn off the bark alerts when I am home, but enable them when I leave the house. Although the Furbo comes with few instructions other than the setup guide, it's very easy to setup and use. There is a tutorial built into the app that explains how to use it. I'm not planning to use the Dog Nanny subscription, but it came with a free month of service that was automatically turned on. I found the service to be overly intrusive. It flooded my phone with alerts. Eventually I found the settings screen for the Nanny alerts and turned them all off. I'm not planning to pay for the service when the free month ends. The service might be more valuable to someone who lets their pets roam free when they are out of the house, but my puppy is always crated when left alone. I was nervous about the many negative reviews that complained about Furbo losing Wifi access, but I found its internet communication to be rock solid. Since I installed it, we have had a power failure and an internet outage, but the Furbo recovered from both of those and automatically reconnected. Others complained that their dog was able to remove the lid and steal treats, but the lid on my Furbo fits very tight and my dog is unable to open it. Furbo is a quality and reliable product, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. ... show more

We just moved into our first apartment and I was worried about my dog adjusting to a new space & being alone most of the day since me and my boyfriend both work full time. The Furbo was super easy to set up and the app is very easy to use. I love the instant alerts of her barking & the treat dispenser is very convenient as well. The camera quality is great too which is a plus. There is even a feature on there called “dog selfie” where it alerts you if your dog is looking directly at the camera. We have had the Furbo for 3 months now. Set-up was easy. The treats we purchased initially (Nutro Crunchy Treats) did not work well for us, despite being one of the treats recommended by Furbo. We had Pet Botanics Training Reward treats and once we adjusted the treat size these have worked perfectly. Night vision works - we are able to see our dog. If you pay for for the dog nanny subscription, there are some nice benefits, but it seems like they need to continue to work on recognizing if a dog is chewing, running, etc. We ended up turning off certain notifications because it was not super accurate in recognizing those behaviors. It does do a nice job of recognizing humans though. We only did the free trial and decided that we didn't need the service at this time, but could see how it may be valuable if you are gone a lot. The tossing of the treats is really what makes this for us. Since using the Pet Botanical Training Reward treats it has consistently tossed one or two treats every time. Every once and awhile it skips a treat but then the following toss generally will toss two. Our 65lb Labrador loves it. Our roomates Chihuahua mix was scared of it initially but has since warmed up to it. ***Update as of 2/2023*** We have now had this for 5 months and still love it. Works great, and the dogs love it. I was hesitant on how long this would last but so far it's still going strong! ***Update as of 9/2023*** Still going strong - no issues. ... show more
