We have had a Wopet treat dispenser for years and truly loved it, though started having frequent connectivity issues with each wifi upgrade. We switched to this model for better connectivity and couldn't be happier...this one gets 10 Paws up from our household! It holds a surprising amount of treats for how compact it is, very easy to set up and connect, and the field of view is superior to the Wopet. Daytime pictures are equal, though night vision is very slightly inferior. The spray pattern of treats is FAR superior to the Wopet, making it harder for one cat to block/hog all the treats. We absolutely love this and will probably end up getting another one for a different part of the house! 👍👍 ... show more

The media could not be loaded. After working from home during the pandemic, my pooch and I were both suffering from separation anxiety. I already have an automatic kibble feeder. It works great. But, I really wanted something that was more interactive and could be administered Atwell. Plus, I wanted to have it specially designated for treats. Treats are much larger than the small pallets of food. So, I knew I couldn’t simply just use another pet feeder. This is specially designed to do everything that I had hoped. Plus there’s a few other features on it that me and my coworkers have fun with. There is a camera on the feeder. I can use the app on my phone and call my little baby over to the dispenser. The speaker on the treat dispenser projects my voice, and allows me to hear my little sweetheart approaching. And we can see it all go down on the camera that transmits to the app on my phone. This was very easy to set up. Basically, it required me to plug it in, fill it with treats, and download the app. After that it was all fun and treats.     • Not bad for trying to give your dog a treat while you are away
The device arrived and had a little bit of box damage but the device was sound and looked OK so I set it up. Connecting it and configuring the app wasn't too bad. I say it took about 15 min to have it on the network and working through the app. Only things so far are the types of treats, the sound it makes when dispensing, and if you ever lose power or unplug the device. The treats are obviously size dependant. We had instances where no treats would "pop" out or 2 or three would. Not really a big deal but we are trying to find that one treat that will always dispense. The device makes a very loud "DING" when it gets the command to give a treat. Our dog does not like that noise at all. I am trying to see if it can be turned off or maybe even turned down but don't see where that is possible. Lastly, I decided to move the device and therefore unplugged it and plugged it back in after about 5 min. The device had to be re-configured on the network. Had to go through the setup all over again. All in all though it does dispense treats and we are able to interact with our pupper remotely which is very cool! So I gave this a 4 ... show more

The camera does occasionally disconnect from the app, and that's really my only complaint. I just have to refresh the app and it connects again. The video quality is great unless you are trying to zoom in. The treat dispenser is great, the motion detection has saved us a lot of grief on many occasions (our beagle likes to escape his crate and destroy doors, walls, blankets, etc.). We can watch to make sure he is calm while we are gone. The voice feature is nice, but it does confuse him. Hearing our voices but not seeing us freaked him out a little bit, so we don't like to use that part if we aren't home. ... show more

    • Works well for what it does.
It does what it says it will do. I'm not a fan of the camera not having an On/Off feature. If you unplug the unit, you have to go through the whole setup every time you plug it back in. Not a fan. Also, it shoots treats out with some FORCE! I taped a small piece of fabric over the dispenser to keep it from shooting out so far and under our shoe bench. I wish I was able to move the camera like a baby monitor, but it does have a fairly wide view, just not a great vertical view since it cannot be adjusted up or down. ... show more
