The media could not be loaded. First of all, I ordered this system through the manufacturer. My cat will not use the litter box. He only uses potty pads so I needed something that would clean up his mess right away before the dog makes a snack of his poop. My cat weighs 24 lbs and needs to have the litter box on the floor so this works perfect for him. The camera is junk, but I don’t rely on that. I have a webcam above the Brilliant pad that I can use to look in on the usage that has night vision, which is usually when my cat does his business (5:00 am and 10:00 pm). I received my first order of refill rolls from Amazon. I’m guessing the rolls come directly from the manufacturer. I’m so glad it arrived sooner than expected because my roll ran out a few days ago and I’ve been laying a sheet of potty pads on the system. Unfortunately, my order did not come with empty rods (like in the picture) so I ended up unraveling the old used dirty roll of pad to re-use the original rod. It was not a fun task, but this system is good at not releasing odors. And I think cat pee and poop smells worse than dog’s pee & poop. I only could smell the waste as I unraveled the roll to retrieve the old rod. I really hope subsequent orders of refill rolls comes with all the equipment so I don’t have to do that again.

Brilliant Pad and the replacement rolls really save my back. Mobility is hard for me, but thanks to these pads my senior doggie can go to the bathroom whenever he wants. Just like his Owner. No getting my mobility equipment ready. No leash and muzzle (aggressive rescue). He can relax in his abode knowing only he is King.

This product has been a lifesaver. While I always take my pup on walks, I live in an apartment complex and it's nice for him to be able to go as he pleases. Especially due to his GI issues. Loose stools are much easier to handle/clean when they can just be rolled up, not having to worry about leaving a mess behind outdoors for others to potentially step in. I'm a 3+ year customer, and don't plan to ever stop doing business with this company.

the original pads were fine. These new pads are AWFUL! The pads do not trap the smell as well as the old one. It just smells bad. The cheap plastic gears have that little blue hinge thing just breaks off as it is clearly just glued on. Also the cardboard tube have that little cut that eventually gets loose and stops working. Multiple times the while thing will break and I wouldn't be able to keep the pad rolling because the gear would not longer work. I would have manually roll the pad myself and change the plastic gear of one pad with the remaining gears of the other pads. Overall the product is trash now. I wish you had not tampered with what was working fine and if you had to, that you had thought about it better. The overall materials are so weak and cheap that it just doesn't work reliably anymore. And given that these oads are meant to hold poo, I can't have it not working. I beg you, go back to the old design. Bring back the good pads. Bring back the good gears. I wish I hadn't thrown the old ones away. Had I known this new model was gonna be this awful, I would've kept them. Even if it means having to rehash everything all the time. Thats better than what we have now.
