The media could not be loaded. Update: we are on year 2 of this pool, it’s holding up great! Was easy to take down and store over winter, and easy to set back up in the spring. Our family of 4 enjoy this pool every afternoon in the warm months. I’m not understanding the bad reviews for this pool. I think it’s a great pool, looks cute and easy to assemble no issues with leaks, the filter works great. I did add a solar heater to warm the water, but everything that came with this pool is great! No complaints. And considering the price and everything that comes with it, it’s a great deal too.

UPDATE: We bought a second one in hopes that the last leak was a fluke, but it was leaking when we got back from vacation. We bought the new pool on July 7th, set up up on July 15th, went on vacation on the July 22nd and got back on August 3rd. We suspected a leak with how low the water was, but couldn't tell if was a leak or the sprinklers. I thought I sent the company a message, but it doesn't look like I hit the send button. Reached out to them again around the 12th to 14th of August and they said we were past our 30 day window and they couldn't help me. They gave me a number for the polygroup, so I called them. by this time we stopped filling the pool with water and it is becomeing scummy because we can't run the filter with the water level. They instructed me to drain the pool down to two inches and put food coloring in to locate the leak. I did that, but can't find the leak, so I sent them pics of the failed attempt. It isn't good enough. They're asking me to do it again. What a disaster. I've put more hours in with them than I put into enjoying the pool. We will never buy again and I am reporting this business to the better business bureau. We bought this 16’ pool last year. It didn’t have any reviews, but we were hopeful. It was delivered quickly, we prepped the ground and the set up was easy. We LOVED our pool for the entire summer. In September 2023 we read the instructions on how to drain, clean, dry, powder, dismantle and store for winter. We stored it in our clean, dry garage. We set it up again just this past week and it appears to be leaking quite a bit. We can’t detect the hole (or holes) and it’s leaking about 6” of water per day. When we reached out to the seller to see about detection, warranty or assistance their only response was “we see you purchased this pool in April of 2023, it is past the 30 day return period”. Clearly not a person responding, or a person that didn’t even read my message.

This pool lasted about three months of use it came with small round circular holes out the floor of the liner that popped out and caused the pool to leak. Don’t waste your money and time on this pool plus no support From the seller.
