The media could not be loaded. When it comes to installing this elliptical, everything came perfectly packaged and I even included a picture of how the tools and screws came packaged. The instructions were perfectly clear and I do suggest doing step by step because there is a reason when it comes to putting everything together. What I love about this elliptical is that it not only monitors my heart rate but will keep track of how long I've been going with mileage. This elliptical is very conveniently made because when I want to add to the tension, I'm able to do so right in front of me rather than looking down and twisting a dial. When this goes up in tension, it really does go up. The feeling is similar to walking up a bunch of stairs. I didn't think I was going to sweat and workout as much with this elliptical, as I bought this to replace an old one, but this one really does give you a workout. Since using this, for almost 2 months now, I have lost a total of 13lbs, but this also includes me changing my diet. However, I am seeing more muscle tone in my legs, arms and in my waist. Really does give you a workout.

I bought this machine in order to achieve my goal of losing weight. I've used it every day for the past 2 weeks and I love it so far! One of the reasons this machine caught my attention is that it is very compact. Indeed, it sits nicely in the corner of my small apartment. Though small and not as heavy, it's very stable and has all the functionalities. It can measure my heart rate, adjust the resistance, and allows me to run as fast as I can for HIIT sessions. The machine operates quietly and doesn't make any funny squeaky sound like other machines I've used. I assembled this machine by myself and I can tell that the material and the build are of high quality that will last for years. All things considered, this elliptical machine is a great deal if you're looking to be more physically active.

The media could not be loaded. This elliptical was exactly what I was looking for and it was available at a great price! I needed it for cardio workouts to do between my group exercise class, wanted something I could just hop on for 30 or 45 minutes at a time but wanted to do so productively. This elliptical is perfect: it’s sturdy, durable, but still lightweight enough and easy to move as it has wheels on the front Cross bar on the bottom. It’s battery operated so you can put it anywhere in the house, you don’t have to worry about trying to find an outlet close by. It has different resistance streaks so you can customize your work out. It also has all the other features you would expect: a heart rate monitor, calorie counter and timer, things like that! It also has threaded plastic molding for your feet to support your stability, and plenty of other little extras like that! Assembly was not hard at all. It was mostly put together as the Components tend to be long rods. It was not complicated to figure out and instructions were clear and easy to follow. overall, would definitely recommend, especially at this price point, it’s a small investment that can help you do some real good for yourself.

The media could not be loaded. I’m very excited to add this to the arsenal of workout equipment in our home gym. I would even go as far to say that this could live up to a commercial gym as well. I will say out of the box I was very intimidated about assembling this. it was an absolute breeze. Total it probably took me 25 minutes with no big interruptions or big hassles all the pieces were included. Pro tip: some of the hardware is already screwed in to the body or the frame of the elliptical so don’t think you’re missing it. I didn’t even notice but it actually comes with wheels on the front so it’s easy to move around if needed. My other big selling point was the top handlebars having around and surface and not a sharp edge I really like to hold onto that top portion when working out. Those handles along with everything else made this elliptical very comfortable to use. I hope this was helpful

This elliptical machine is the perfect all over body workout. It is a lightweight machine it's only 78 pounds yet very sturdy and durable. The installation was super simple as It was mostly assembled when It arrived. It has 8 magnetic resistant modes which is perfect so you can go as low or high as you like. It has a really cool app you can use to workout with. The LCD screen is awesome for tracking your time, Speed, Distance, Calories Burned, Pulse Rate and Scan. Great price and value overall. Definitely recommend this elliptical machine

This is a great elliptical machine for home use. The ergonomics is good. It's comfortable to use. The flywheel is heavy enough. I'm 150 lb and use level 4-6 resistance. The max resistance is level 8. So there are rooms for more body weight. You can tell the size of the metal frame from my picture. This is definitely not as heavy duty as the ones we normally see in gyms. But its price, it's perfect for my home use.
