We live in a colder region, and going outside to swing isn't feasible for the kids. Now, my 1-year-old can swing inside. She loves the swing and will not get out of it. The stand itself is sturdy, even without the sandbags, as long as you don't push the swing too high. Assembly wasn't bad but I'd recommend having an extra set of hands when you put it together. The poles kept falling on me, but I was setting it up by myself. Great product and I highly recommend!

My little dude is almost 50 lbs at 6 years old. We needed some kind of indoor activity that would help regulate him and get some energy out. We by chance received a pod swing, but our building manager said we couldn't screw anything into the ceiling, so we needed a frame. This was perfect. I'm just under 5'7 and it goes to the middle of my face when unfolded and a little taller than me when not. Seems pretty sturdy and easy to move around. Ordered a traditional swing seat, but it won't be in until January. This also came to me impressively fast. It wasn't due until the 11th and i got it on the 1st. I live in Alaska, so almost nothing ever gets here on time. I was shocked.

Aside from no directions on how to assemble all the pieces (11 random pieces plus nuts and bolts) the swing frame went together pretty easily. Some of the paint was chipped off around where the bolt holes are. If you want the frame to go together easier use full size tools.

We didn't have a good place to hang our swing and am glad I've found this. My baby isn't very heavy so we don't need the sandbags yet. It will definitely lift or flip if your child is bigger/heavier. I recommend using the sand bags! Easy to assemble, comes with all hardware and the tools to put together. Happy with purchase!
