I like this chair and it is said to have weight capacity of 400 pounds which is hard to find. The fabric is more patterned (mottled appearance) than expected and there is no massage on back, only on legs which I did not see before ordering. We are pleased with the look, feel and quiet movement of the chair. Set up was super easy. We did need help getting the boxes into the house. They weighed roughly 24, 38, and 89 pounds. ... show more

I’m so happy I purchased this chair. The lumbar heat is fantastic and the massage is relaxing. It was very easy to assemble. I recently had back surgery and it is so comfortable on the my back. The light gray color goes well in any room. The size is perfect. I highly recommend this chair.

Chair delivered quickly in 2 shipments. Needed help assembling as boxes were heavy for an ole phart. Assembly was easy and straightforward. My only complaint is that the headrest is not adjustable and I need a pillow to recline and watch TV. The vibration and heat functions are fabulous and come with a timer.
