I was disappointed with the comfort of the chair, because of the added feature of the message the chair isn't as cushiony as it should be. Also, I am about 5'1 and my feet hang off the foot rest, I thought that was very unusual. I really needed this chair because of my condition, but I can only sit in it for a short time before my back starts hurting. However, I am stuck with it because I threw away the boxes. Edit: The company reached out to me about my concerns, I was not expecting to hear any feed back. They were very nice and offered suggestions to make it more comfortable for me, I really appreciated that and they also offered a partial refund for my troubles.
