Definitely measure, this is soo cute and I love its functionality but I should have been more thorough in measuring for my space. The doors swing open so you'll need to have space on both sides to accommodate that. I use it for snacks, canned goods, rice, pasta storage, etc. I originally put canned goods in the doors and I noticed they started to "droop" under the weight so I recommend putting lighter items in doors. I also tried putting canned goods on a shelf in the middle, it started to droop as well so I only have canned goods and jars on the very bottom. Also don't recommend putting heavy things (such as a case of water) on top, when I did the doors wouldn't close right. Hope this is helpful :) ... show more

The quality is average but it does the job. The machining of the parts is reasonable but things are not as precise as they could be; not that it doesn’t assemble okay, but that things are slightly out of alignment when they do. Many people would not notice but as a carpenter it is like a sore point with me. There are little things like the screws to fit the backing panel are countersunk but the holes are not. If they provided round head screws it would be perfect. Likewise the screws for the hinges are countersunk as they should be, but the do not sit flush in the hinges (does not impede performance). I would not recommend using their stabilization method. I fortunately had a couple of small right angle brackets that I could use and when screwed to studs in the wall, the cupboard is now rock solid. I can’t imagine how a couple of zip ties would provide the necessary stability. No way you could use this without fixing it to the wall once it is loaded with goods. The most annoying thing to me is the imprecision of the pre drilled holes for the door hinges. They are not accurate mirror image and so in my case, one door is slightly higher than the other. Like I said might not bother most people. The instructions are adequate but pay attention. Being able to visualize the finished product will help. If you have experience with IKEA furniture or other assembly kits you will be fine. Although the instructions make no mention of it, please use wood glue in all the mating surfaces/joins. Especially for the wooden dowels and the backboard but really, everywhere. Wood glue cleans up with damp paper towel or napkin so you cannot get into trouble. Overall it is good pantry cupboard for the low price. Take your time, consider the tips above and you will most likely be happy with the outcome. ... show more

As stated, great addition for a kitchen. Sturdy product, easy to lift and position. The instructions were a little confusing in regard to the door shelves. It had us build (or we understood) it in a way that had us build the shelves upside down. Caught it in time for the opposite side. Has not caused an issue, the screws are visible, is the only difference. It did take us longer to assemble than expected, but we had fun at the same time. Plenty of space overall, though some areas are tight/smaller than was hoping. It provides us extra space to store things, and that's what we needed. ... show more

im using but it took me awhile to put it together cause it is a lil confusing plus i had to take it back apart a few times and i'd get irratated and say &%^$ it lmbo!! i busted 2 of the screws out the wood by accident its that el cheapeo wood inside. but i did eventually get it together even the the top and bottom board are on opposite ends i wasn't about to take it all apart and switch them, so i put a rubber band on the knobs to keep it shut, also it wasn't as big as i thought it was.. the one i seen online was able to hold plates etc.. well this one i just use to store can foods. ... show more

Well. We received all the parts. The instructions were challenging so you need to keep a few steps ahead and use your own judgment regarding which direction some pieces should go. Definitely better to have 2 people put it together - and they should be able to work well together. Lol. Fortunately my husband and I make a good team and we got it together. Just one error that did not affect the function (just some shelves ended up upside down) and we felt taking it apart and fixing it was far too much work so we will live with that. It's on the inside and doesn't affect what we're putting on the shelves. It looks very nice. We did not have issues with things not lining up like other people have said. Don't recommend power tools. It may be tempting to make it go faster. But you're likely to damage the wood or strip the screws. We are keeping very light items in it so I can't attest to It's durability with heavier items. I think this is a nice item, but you do need to know what you're getting into as far as assembly. ... show more

This was so easy to assemble (even though there were many pieces). Sometimes when you have to assemble a piece of furniture, there may not be holes that line up or pieces that don’t align properly. This was a dream to put together and the instructions were so clear. Definitely recommend!!!
