The media could not be loaded. It came with very nice packing, and it was very easy to open and put on the bed - even with only one person. It came with a very fancy knife, with protected and sharp blade, easy to cut the bag - and then you will see the fantastic self inflation - you could imagine how comfortable it could be as it takes so much air! And after several days using, it is exactly the case. I sleep very well every night with it!
