I saw this e-bike on line and feel in love with it so i ordered one, it was delivered as promised and with no damage at all, now that i have it i love it even more, its much nicer once you actually have it, bike is well built, the quality is top notch, I have two other e-bikes and this one is my favorite and will be the one i use the most for sure. It rides great, and has plenty of power and is fast. I get a lot of compliments as well. I would highly recommend this bike. This e-bike is amazing, it works really well , looks good and cool, and is super practical. The bike is really high quality and it has both speed and range a, this is the bike I would recommend for the person who needs one to get around town quicker without having to wait in city traffic. For the shipping I was told it would take 5 business days but it only took 1 which I was really impressed by. And they have the best customer service that I’ve ever seen, they will help with problems, shipping , questions ,etc. really happy with what I was working with and I hope this can help whoever is reading this pick out their new bike ... show more

The bike took some time to arrive but the ebike itself looks quite sleek and is very powerful to match it, so if that is your thing then this is a good option. Although the manual is a bit vague its simple to put together and customer support from the seller is good.
