its compact with power.. it has 3 levers of heat and even in lever one its pretty hot. Pretty easy to use. Plug in and the buttons on top are self-explanatory which I like. My room was always cold in the winter and I felt like because of the cold, my kids who sleep with me just kept getting sick so I bought this in hopes of warming up the room. Used it on one of the coldest nights and my kids slept throughout the night perfectly fine and the room was still cozy.
