    • Didn't work well for me
I returned this punching bag, because it didn't work for my purposes. Previously I had done kickboxing and wanted a portable option for working out with just the punching. One of the problems I encountered with this product is that the bag itself slides down the anchor cords as soon as I punched it. I'd have to keep sliding it back up so it was at the correct height. Another issue is that I couldn't throw combination punches. With one punch the bag will be out of place until it stops moving, so you can't follow up with another punch. Even a simple one-two combination isn't possible. Lastly, one of the rods holding up the bag wouldn't keep tension and I had to keep readjusting. It's a good idea in general, but not a great execution in my opinion. ... show more

With all the reviews I seen on this product I was worried about buying it. But it works great and haven’t had any issues. My 11 year old son uses it and it was worth getting so he can still practice when I don’t have time to old the gloves for him.

My son bought this so he could workout at home. It’s a little too light so I don’t think a grown man would get used out of it but my teen son seems happy with it so it’s a good purchase.

It took me a while the first time setting it up in my doorway but after that it was easy. I like how quiet the bag is when punching and not having to leave the house for a good workout.the only drawback for me is not being able practice left or right hooks and uppercuts.

I mean sure it works. But you are going to spend more time trying to keep the Velcro from releasing and making sure the bar is locked into place. And if you have to do it everyday it gets a bit annoying. Once it's setup it's fine. However, If I had to buy it again. I would just spend more money and get a better product, ... show more
