Best RO filter and Customer Support when I needed help 4 years after purchase. It works again!

2026 update. I would put 10 stars for how Customer Service handled the problem at no cost on a 4 year old machine. ZERO STRESS, zero delay or pushback. When I was writing and in the evenings, got responses in few hours even at mid night Pacific time, with parts shipped notifications. In time of trouble I had the problem fixed after several iterations to pinpoint the root cause and machine finally up and running as flawless past 4 years. They showed their real good face in this issue as reliable, caring, quick, supplier. Many companies can sell, but not many can handle and resolve with grace the customers problems after warranty period. I am reassured again that I made a right decision and can sleep well, knowing the professional help is there when it's needed. I want all suppliers to have same policies and personnel. Even when something breaks after 4 years - the company showed their full support. Details: one day the pressure pump suddenly started leaking and cycling every few seconds making a puddle on the kitchen floor. I opened the machine and saw water dripping from the pump when it was going on pumping at high pressure. Contacted customer service, to buy a new pump as it is 4 years past purchase. Next day after my email to Customer Service I got an email response saying that they have arranged the pump to be shipped to my confirmed address. Free of charge. Reinstalled the pump, no change, pump continued cycling now every 10 sec. Finally the root cause was found - it was the soaking top stainless steel faucet. After 4 years of use, it in a moment developed a leak, 2 drops per 10 seconds. Those 2 drops leak from faucet created significant pressure drop for pump to start every 10 ish seconds and which desintegrated the pump. Frizzlife after free pump replacement and pressure valve offered to send a free faucet as well, as a long time client that paid a big buck for all machine and filters over the years. The problem was solved. Thank you for great worry free customer support. WARNING: If you see your faucet or tubes dripping - fix or replace it immediately, turn off the filter and do not allow pump to cycle every few seconds all day and night and damage the pump. If pump cycles check all tubes, 2 drops of continuous water leak is enough to trigger cycling until pump overheats or damages itself. So make sure tubes and faucet never leak, and it will have no reason to break. You can easy detect and hear the leak problem - if filter pump starts one day to continuously cycle every few seconds = there is a leak somewhere. 2022 I studied tons of filters and their negative and positive reviews, cost of filters to change for a while before ordering this set. It is worth time spent. Now maybe someone can save their own. Easy 20 min install and I can only regret that did not use this filter system long before. Tons of room, great taste water and no more hormones and fluoride or other stuff in the water. It shows 00 - 01ppm after membrane and 30-40 after mineral filter. I keep a full pitcher in the fridge as I love the tase of this cooled water even more. The taste feels very clear and crystal, and refreshing. The water from tap has always been somewhat unpleasantly sweet-ish resembling diluted artificial sweetener. Now I have great tasting replacement for bottled water available in the kitchen. For power; As it is a low power gadget, I safely run a few dollar-tree extension cords from the most convenient (not closest) outlet to hide in between cabinets, behind the stove and in front under the cabinets iand managed to hide 99.9% of it off sight also by some tape and few clips, and did not have to drill and pervert sockets with power installations under the sink spending only shameful ~3 minutes on whole process with no mess. ... show more

FrizzLife has been nothing but a positive experience for me with their other filters. I expect nothing but the best and after the installation of this unit, I'll update this review. Jan 19, 2024 UPDATE Everything installed much easier than the old tank system. A half inch hole is needed for the RO faucet. I did have one issue, a leak with a rubber flat washer that seals the tee-fitting to the supply valve. The washer had a nick on the edge of it. After a run to the plumbing house, they suggested an o-ring in place of the flat washer. Problem solved. I wish this had been addressed in the installation guide. That would have saved me some aggravation and a trip to the store. I'm keeping my rating at 4 because they need better accessability to tech services. A phone number or at least a chat line. I had a question on mounting the alkaline filter horizontally instead of vertically. You have to send an email and wait a day for an answer. Really??? I went ahead and mounted it horizontally and the next day I got the replying email confirming that it is fine to mount it horizontally. I have tried alkaline water and don't like the taste of it. This was my biggest concern with this unit. The final filter is a mineral/alkaline filter which helps to balance the pH and get the water out of the acidic pH. By the way, the water tastes great. I'm so pleased with the water. It's crystal clear, odorless, and tastes wonderful. No more hauling 5 gallon jugs from the grocery store. ... show more

We used it for our fridge so far so good phenomenal easy install! I don’t usually write reviews, but Frizzlife truly impressed me. I installed their RO system for my refrigerator and had concerns about my TDS readings, and their customer service was incredibly patient, responsive, and determined to help. They walked me through every test, sent a replacement TAM filter, and after installing it my RO now reads 25 ppm and my refrigerator water sits at 109 ppm TDS readings, exactly where it should be. The water tastes clean, my ice is crystal clear, and I drink it with complete confidence. The peace of mind alone makes this system worth it, and Frizzlife has absolutely earned a loyal customer. ... show more

This is a great way of having good clean water that’s instant. We connected the main hose and the refrigerator to the water supply so we have two ways of getting good cleaned water. It was easy to assemble good to use and the quality is very good and durable.

We have municipal well water and have started looking into RO filtration systems to save my back from buying cases of water. After getting everything hooked up we purged the system for 20min and tested the water. While the faucet says it was a TDS of 11, our testing showed it was actually in the mid 20s. Not crazy off and substantially better than the 400+ we are getting from the tap. I’m pretty paranoid about doing plumbing work so kept checking on it. Sure enough within a few minutes the front right foot of the unit started leaking water. Another reviewer seems to have had the same issue. I’m swapping it out, but now am rethinking this brand. Update: the replacement unit is working. Though I'm a bit paranoid that others have reported issues a year in. The company did reach out to me and offered assistance so I'm updating the review based on the great communication and feedback they've provided. After a week we've been using it daily and everyone in the family loves the taste of the water and it's operated perfectly. Here's to hoping for a trouble free future with this system. ... show more

The pros far outweigh the cons

My Frizzlife purifier has been in service for four days, and overall, I am very pleased. It is relevant to note, that before buying this machine, I did a lot of research and watched reviews for several months. A list of pros/cons follows. Pros: • Water quality seems good at an indicated 28 TDS. • This was the only RO machine that had such a good waste ratio AND remineralized AND PH balanced the water. • The filters are supposed to last a long time. • The taste is great. The water now has a tiny bit of a spring flavor that I believe comes from the remineralization in stage three. o The wife and I did a blind taste test, and both of us found the Frizzlife filtered water to taste much much better than tap water and very similar to Aquafina. o Because of the taste, I have increased my water consumption. o Coffee tastes better too. • Everything is well-packaged/protected, and the machine looks sharp. And seems well-made. • Doesn’t take up a ton of room under the sink. Cons: • Cost-there are a lot of similar machines on Amazon for a lot less. • The faucet that comes with the machine looks nice, but is a little flimsy. The base is firm where attached to the counter, but the actual faucet is wiggly in its base (where is turns right or left). I hope it won’t be an issue in the future. • Made in China. • The speed of the fill is adequate but just barely. I fill a 50 oz. bottle in about 33 seconds. If you need to fill a lot of large containers/pots quickly, this may not be for you. • The noise is noticeable. Any time you turn on the faucet, you are going to hear a hum. About the same as the noise that would come from a floor fan if you shoved it under the sink. I feel a slight vibration too. All in all, I am extremely pleased with the purchase and the pros far outweigh the cons for me. UPDATE: The water taste and clarity are still great.....TDS level is now a steady 14. The faucet that was included is still flimsy and won’t last as long as one would hope. The noise and vibration every time I turn on the faucet it the biggest down-side. It literally causes the floor to vibrate. I am going to start looking for something to put under the unit to dissipate some of that rattle. I would buy it again for the taste and quality of the water that it turns out. ... show more
