Love it for what it’s for, but when it refills the water tray it sounds like it’s dying, or trying to tell me something.

    • How to fix add water error
Had this little ice maker for exactly a year before it stopped working, it will fill the tray with water, emoty,, then the add water light would illuminate. Water reservoir was full. There is a small metal wire/rod in the back right where the water fills the tray that detects the water level. It appeared to have mineral deposits coating it. The only way to access it without taking the top off is when the tray lowers and is filling. I took a toothbrush dipped in lemon juice and vinegar, poked it back there and gave the wire/rod a good scrub. Did this a few times then rinsed with water a few times and now it works fine. ... show more

Works great so only had it 4 days. Very disappointed in the color. It is a lot lighter in color than what i thought it would be. I’ll got use to it though.

Super quiet and easy to use! I’ve always wanted an ice maker and finally got it… why did I wait so long? My husband thinks we don’t need it cause “it’s just a waste of money” But now, he is the MAIN person using and making the ice. It’s super easy to use. I have limited counter space so I appreciate that this is so compact. I wish the ice was thicker (not sure how to explain it) and that it was faster. But it suits our needs and we use it every couple days with no issues yet!
