We bought this model fridge from another online store just as the lock down started. By the time it arrived we were grateful to have a fridge. But the rail to the bottom shelf broke with two 2L soda bottles. Chopstick wouldn't keep it on. Now the rail to the middle shelf falls off spilling again everything on the floor. It may be the pedestal adjustments in the base, but the freezer and fridge doors occasionally don't fully close making a thaw in the freezer. ... show more

    • Freezer doesn’t work
We have only had this fridge for a few months and the freezer is no longer working. The seal on the freezer and fridge part are weak to say the least. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. I’d say spend a little more $$ and get a different fridge

THIS FRIDGE HAS HUGE GAPS WHERE YOU PUT STUFF IN THE DOOR. MOST BOTTLES SLIP RIGHT THROUGH. YOU CAN ONLY STORE MOSTLY BIG BOTTLES AT THE BOTTOM AND ON HALF OF THE SPACE IN THE MIDDLE DOOR SHELF. THERE IS VERY LITTLE SPACE FOR SMALLER CONDIMENT BOTTLES IN THE DOOR ON HALF OF THE TOP SHELF, DUE TO BUTTER STORAGE SECTION. PART OF THE STORAGE ON THE 2 ND SHELF IS VERY SHALLOW, AND WILL TIP OVER, BECAUSE THEY DECIDED TO MAKE PART OF THAT SECTION OF SHELF HIGHER. IF YOU USE ANY OF THE OTHER SPACE ON THE SECOND SHELF OR ON BOTTOM SHELF, YOU WILL BE CONSTANTLY PICKING BOTTLE OF STUFF UP OFF THE FLOOR WHEN THEY SLIP THROUGH THE GAP BETWEEN THE SHELF AND THE RAIL THAT HOLDS THEM IN. VERY POOR DESIGN. WISH I COULD SEND THE FRIDGE BACK, BUT ITS TO LATE. THIS IS A CRAPPY DESIGNED FRIDGE, UNLESS YOU ONLY WANT TO STORE 32 OZ BOTTLE OF STUFF AND UP ON MOST OF THE SHELVES IN THE DOOR.     • Should’ve kept my old Refrigerator from the 1970s
Cheap refrigerator never worked right from the first day. water builds up and collects on all the glass shelves and the bottom of the refrigerator until it runs out the door and floods my floor. The only way it will work right is if you keep the refrigerator empty. I’ve had the door handle break off at least three times I lost track of how many times I’ve had to order new doorhandles on Amazon. I’ve had two door shelves break and fall off the door as well. The worst part of this is that the door shelves are designed for only large items small items fall down and roll around on the door so if you say by putting large items on it breaks it then it’s a very poor design. ... show more

    • Worst Refrigerator Ever
I have had several "budget" refrigerators over the years but this is by far the worst. I have had it repaired several times, but once again it is freezing my food in the refrigerator and when I turn it to recommended levels, the refrigerator registers as too warm. Making matters worse, every plastic shelf cracked in half and the shelf that holds the crisping drawers have also cracked in two. Right now I am holding it all together with chopsticks, duct tape and fairy spit! Very disappointing to say the least. I purchased this in October 2019. This is a very cheaply made refrigerator. The plastic door shelf rails fall off regularly when you open the door, and usually a glass jar falls off as well and breaks on the floor. I spoke with customer service and they were unhelpful and unsympathetic. My model also makes lots of buzzes and rattles that our old refrigerator didn't make. ... show more
