My AC is no longer fighting to keep up with the heat! I bought 2 of these units, 1 for my bedroom the second for my livingroom. I had an issue with my first on, the drain tube didn't work. I contacted the company, they gave me options to resolve the problem. I chose what I wanted, and the company took care of it, start to finish, in about 24 hours! Im removing over a gallon a day from each. They work so well, that I was able to reset the AC to 70°, in the house, and is still cooler then when I had the thermostat 66. Due to the quick dealings with the company, I was more than happy to buy the 2nd one. I highly recommend this unit, as it works, is whisper quite, and even has wheels to move it where needed.

Dehumidifier works very well, hose it comes with is terrible and leaks, but necessary because the tank is so small. So I reccomend the unit for small areas and to upgrade the hose yourself or else it will leak or you will need to empty the tank daily which can be a pain.

Works very well for my townhouse. Keeps the humidity down a lot and the amount of water it pulls out of the air overnight is kind of amazing. Typically pulls about 2-3 gallons of water per 24 hours. Depending on how humid it is.

While the product does remove significant amounts of moisture quickly and operates quietly, I have never been able to get the drain hose to function. I purchased this to leave running in a basement, so a drain hose was critical for me. Instead of flowing to the hose outlet, water leaks through the entire drain area, and does not reach the hose outlet. Emptying a bucket 3-4 times a day is not feasible for me, so the unit is now effectively worthless for my situation. I have tried to contact customer support multiple times, but beyond telling me "connect the hose" (duh) they have not provided a solution, or even a response to several messages with photos documenting the problem.

The dehumidifier works okay, but the side was damaged with no damaged to the box. It is smaller than I thought it would be, but that is my fault. Tried hooking the drainage hose up to drain into a bucket but it slipped off and made a big mess. Now I make multiple trips to the basement to empty it. I guess you get what you pay for. It was inexpensive, and I've been disappointed with much more expensive ones. Now just wait to see how long it lasts. I normally get 2 to 3 years and only run them in the summer.
