Finally got a money counter. Should have done this years ago. Hand counting money is so yesterday. Never mind the filth and time issues it saves. Works very well and I find the control panel very simple and easy to use. I did not even open the instructions to set it up. The device is well made, a little on the heavy side, and the pop up carrying handle is very useful when you need to move the machine or put it away. I did order a separate batch of currency bands which makes the counted money very professional in appearance. Obviously a re-counting of funds is very easy with this system. Never used one before. Easy enough to figure out. Anyone with copier of laser printer experience knows paper can jam. That is not a show stopper as the money can be run through again. This does hinder getting a comprehensive total on the machine, but running batches and adding them up separately works because you have confidence in the count. Batch is good for pulling a set amount from a stack of bills. Saved a lot of time and uncovered two manual count errors. ... show more

I purchased this for my employer. I work for an auto repair company and many of our customers pay cash. Invoices with small totals are not bad but when there are larger repairs it's tedious to count thousands in cash, especially if there are a lot of smaller denominations. So in that respect, it's a great time saver. As for giving it only 3 stars for easy to use: The directions with this machine are not very clear. You can tell the manual was written from someone not from this country but writing the manual in English. However, I will keep trying to figure out this one little glitch. (Not the fault of the machine, but of the operator. LOL) ... show more

what I like most about this is the ease of it. plug it in and go. I didn't even read the directions. so good and easy. you can just change denominations and it is super clear and easy. loved it.

We tested it with pieces of blank paper we cut into bill-shape and it would not count it. It works well and fast, and has been very accurate.

The machine isn't accurate. You'll have to carefully place the stack of cash in a certain way for it to run through. It constantly jams. I had a Magner 95md and have been using it for over a decade when I bought it used. It finally gave error code that would not go away so I decided to get a new machine. The Magner was a work horse. Just stack a bunch of cash and it'll run through it rarely jamming. Maybe 1 in several hundred time. This one I bought on Amazon constantly jam and is not up to the task so it does slow my work down a lot. Thinking about paying more for a new Magner or maybe a less expensive Cassida, which I have to count & sort coints. Cassida is👍👌 ... show more

Hey, this machine was easy to setup and use. I watched a video on YouTube and it was so easy to use and the count was accurate every time. This machine is worst you money and time. My wife said "Oh boy this is worst the money".
