Bought the counting machine for my husband due to at the time of buying it he owned a pizza place and concierge company. This is an easy way to count, cash on hand and break the cash down into increments to be banned to take to the bank. She never gave a problem. It was always spot on as far as count. EXCELLENT!! I have been using this for about 2 years now on a daily basis and it continues to work perfectly. We had a different brand before this one and it was terrible. The bills would get stuck all the time. You could not put old bills in it. This one handles all bills and has never once gotten stuck or bunched up the bills. I highly recommend this one. I don't writer a lot of reviews. I wanted to tell other small business owners not to be afraid to purchase this. I wish I had bought sooner!!! I was afraid to waste money on a piece of equipment that would be useless and I'd end of having sit or donate. WRONG....this has saved me hundreds of hours!!!!.....Which means it's more than paid for itself. Notes: This model doesn't kick out mixed denominations ($5s in with $10s for example) This model doesn't continue to add up my grand total all denominations I didn't need either of those things. I run my 1s and put total in calculator, then $5s and so on... Other reviews that I would disregard: Those who say "It jams easily" are using it wrong. READ INSTRUCTIONS. Very easy. You place in the stack of bills and flick the top of the stack so they fall back toward the back of the machine and away it goes. Except for my own errors, it's been literally perfect. (I even had a penny I didn't know was stuck in my stack and jammed the machine. I was afraid I'd burn it up....but it was absolutely fine! That is to my second point... Those who say "poor quality", I highly disagree and I've been usint for over a year. Those who say "it's heavy"...Yes, it is in order to have the performance it has....but I haven't moved it until I needed to get out the aforementioned penny I dropped in it. I don't see why you would ever move it unless rearranging your office. Non-deal breaker. I hope you have as good of an experience as I do. I'm tempted to get another as a backup as it's only about $100 right now. But I doubt, at this point, that I'd be needing it, as this baby is going strong! ... show more

Convenient but try to feed moderately sized stacks of bills into the machine. When I had the bank teller count using their counter, the number was off by $600.
