This is the third eBike that I have purchased in the past year and a half. There are some things about this bike, which are absolutely the best especially for female riders. However, the firmware in the advanced settings lack maturity and configurability. Some of the settings don't work at all or do anything when you make changes. Love this Gretzky E Bike. But above that is their customer service. We received the bike very quickly. Putting it together went easily. We were missing one washer. I contacted customer service and they sent the parts plus extra brake pads. What a surprise. With the bike I also received many extra parts, mirrors, helmets,water bottle holder etc. really surprised and thrilled. The only issues I had, was the throttle was on the left. I am right handed and used to the throttle on the right. It would have been a big problem, but included in the extras was the right handed throttle. I bought the Rocky Pro 2 recently and it is a very fun ebike to own. It's made with great quality and is quite durable. I recently took it for a 3 hour ride through dirt and rough trails and when we were done it still had 93% battery left. I was very impressed how much the battery retained its charge. Here is my ebike with mirrors and a phone holder. I want to talk about the customer service also. My bike came with a faulty starter button, but Freesky sent me a new starter assembly right away. I would highly recommend this ebike to anyone looking for one to purchase. ... show more

I haven’t ridden a bike in years and I was a little intimidated when I first got this bike but after my first couple of rides trying out the different gears and peddle assist modes I absolutely love this bike!! It is so much fun. I would definitely recommend buying this bike. If you haven’t ridden in years, just go slow and give yourself time to become aquatinted with the bike and how it handles. This is a great ebike! we purchased the 1200w version of this for my other half. We have put over 50 trail and city miles on it and lost only one of 5 bars. She loves the shape and ergonomics that fit her smaller stature. The lower center of gravity on this one suites her much better than other versions.
