Would have given a zero star if I can . Tried calling the customer care number they provided for help and there is actually no such number available. Since it says global i expected it to be able to purchase data when traveling to the Caribbean how ever unfortunately the barcode to scan for data package only direct you to a page or noted that is defaultly written download.... Used this while traveling and it definitely did the job — setup was easy, signal was strong, and I was able to connect multiple devices without issue. The connection was stable most of the time, and the speed was decent for browsing and streaming. It’s quite portable, fitting easily in my bag.
