Would have given a zero star if I can . Tried calling the customer care number they provided for help and there is actually no such number available. Since it says global i expected it to be able to purchase data when traveling to the Caribbean how ever unfortunately the barcode to scan for data package only direct you to a page or noted that is defaultly written download....
