Had the fridge for about a month, it works great so far. Very quite! I love the little freezer drawer, it is a great place to freeze bread or baked goods that you do not want to put with the rest of the items in the freezer bc it can get squashed...love it! It is a 19 Cu Ft. so it is not a huge fridge, my only complaint is I wish that the door shelves in the fridge would fit a full gallon container! ... show more

I purchased this refrigerator because I needed a 33" ss counter depth fridge and this was the only company that offered 33". I installed it in my outdoor kitchen here in the Florida Keys. It worked well for 2 years and a couple months. Now it is out of warranty and will not even turn on. Also the stainless steel exterior turned to a yukky dull gold color. It has controls on the outside of the door. Probably a repair nightmare waiting to happen. Plus, if you need to contact customer service, the phone number in the manual works but you only get an answering machine message that directs you to email. email is the only way to contact these people in Canada. Ugh. wasted $1,400. My advice...... Run the other way. ... show more

The bottom Allen screw on both sides didn’t want to seat. After two tries I think it finally secured the door handles. The delivery guys just dropped it in the garage in the box and said they don’t unbox it to check for damage. “Sign here” he said and bolted. It looks good. A little smaller than I thought but I hope it makes a good garage refrigerator. The no five stars is because of the wait time to get it and the delivery guys leaving before I could inspect it. I’ll leave more after it cools and see if it works. ... show more

This refrigerator exceeded our expectations. The extra width and height more than makes up for the depth lost to being a counter depth unit. The 2 freezer drawers is really convenient. No need to dig thru a deep drawer to find what you are looking for. Ours came in excellent condition, no dings no scratches or flaws of any kind. We couldn’t be happier.     • Defective when arrived
I have no idea how common this is, but even though there was no physical damage during shipment and the delivery went smoothly, the fridge just never got cold. Worked with their support, whose answer was basically to try turning it off and on again, though I don’t know what else you would do. Had some communication issues with support - The person gave me their direct contact information and told me to follow up with them in a couple days… I emailed and left voicemail, but finally got a response after messaging via Amazon again. All in all, we probably could have had them either replace or repair the fridge, but I decided to just ask for a refund. As promised, they scheduled a pickup and then fulfilled the refund almost immediately. I give this 3 stars because the product was no good (would be a 1, which couldn’t be helped), and though I wouldn’t quite say that the service was 5 stars (maybe 4?), a 3 on average for the whole experience is about right. ... show more
