The media could not be loaded. Had this fridge almost a year now and it's still working great and fits a ton of food! Highly recommend this purchase. ***** Really nice refrigerator. Delivery company was awesome and it arrived way ahead of the estimated delivery date provided.

I purchased this refrigerator because I needed a 33" ss counter depth fridge and this was the only company that offered 33". I installed it in my outdoor kitchen here in the Florida Keys. It worked well for 2 years and a couple months. Now it is out of warranty and will not even turn on. Also the stainless steel exterior turned to a yukky dull gold color. It has controls on the outside of the door. Probably a repair nightmare waiting to happen. Plus, if you need to contact customer service, the phone number in the manual works but you only get an answering machine message that directs you to email. email is the only way to contact these people in Canada. Ugh. wasted $1,400. My advice...... Run the other way.

The bottom Allen screw on both sides didn’t want to seat. After two tries I think it finally secured the door handles. The delivery guys just dropped it in the garage in the box and said they don’t unbox it to check for damage. “Sign here” he said and bolted. It looks good. A little smaller than I thought but I hope it makes a good garage refrigerator. The no five stars is because of the wait time to get it and the delivery guys leaving before I could inspect it. I’ll leave more after it cools and see if it works.

Awesome customer service when I found out Amazon description that said it had ice maker was wrong they took money off costs. The guys delivered on time when they said.
