    • Great Product and even better customer service
Size: Lead Acid for YAMAHA G29
I saved a lot of money purchasing this FORM charger to replace my Yamaha OEM charger after it stopped working. I found the FORM charger easier to use and more effective. We had an electrical issue after purchasing the FORM charger in 2022 which resulted in my golf cart not charging. I contacted FORM this month and they had a brand new charger at my doorstep in a matter of days, saving Halloween for the kids (which we use our golfcart for). Very rare to receive that kind of customer service these days. Even rarer are opportunities to support businesses based in the USA , which is an added bonus. ... show more

Excellent charger and phenomenal customer support. The charger stopped working after about a year and the customer service from the manufacturer was exceptional. They shipped a replacement that I received in 2 days. Couldn’t ask for better support. Highly recommend and rare to find a company that stands behind its products so well. ... show more

    • Excellent Customer Service and Quality Product
Size: Lead Acid for YAMAHA G29
I recently purchased a Form Charger for my Yamaha golf cart as the charger that came with my cart failed. I went with Form based on the positive customer reviews. When I received my new Form charger it would not charge (received high ambient temperature error message). I left a message with customer support and Dale immediately called me back. Dale was able to trouble shoot the issue and said that some units had this issue because of a manufacturing bug. Dale issued me a new charger and I had it in a few days. The new charger works perfectly! I must say that I am very happy with the customer service that I received. ... show more

    • Got exactly what I ordered on time
Size: Lead Acid for YAMAHA G29
I have had this charger for about one month So far working great. The only reason I did not give 5 stars need to see how it lasts over time I have now had this charger for two years. After one year of service I noticed the charger was getting quite warm when charging during the hot summer months I purchased a small auxiliary fan to cool the body of the charger This helps but. Note the charger I bought has a small fan located on the front of the charger which is beginning to make some noise which I suspect is starting to wear out. The warranty is over for this charger . Now I look at the same charger has a new design with a larger fan on top and also fins both solutions to minimize over heating and longer fan life. I’m sure these design changes were due to problems of overheating. My problem is not being notified of this problem and received a recall and a replacement of this new design ... show more

This charger works great! Originally when I received it, I was unable to get it working, due to an issue with my cart. I immediately reached out to CS, and they personally set me up with e technician who called me to help troubleshoot. He knew exactly what to do, how his product worked, and how to safely work on my cart. He was completely right and now I got it working! A+ customer service and a great product. • Works excellent
Size: Lead Acid for YAMAHA G29
I bought a cheaper charger for my Yamaha G 29 and it never shut off when the batteries were fully charged. I verified this with the meter. The batteries were fully charged but the charger never shut off. I bought this one and it worked excellent and shut off the charger when batteries reached a full charge I highly recommend buying this charger if you have a cart because it works and does a good job at charging batteries on Yamaha golf carts ... show more
