I purchased a Form Charger for my EZGO golf cart a couple of years ago and have been incredibly happy with it. It was easy to use being much-much lighter than my old charger. It charged the batteries very quickly even if they were significantly discharged. This year I started having problems with it though. At times it would not fully charge the batteries, but at other times it worked normally. So, today I finally decided to contact Form Charge to see if they could help. I used their Customer Service Contact Form and described the problem I was having. After an hour or so, I received an email saying that I should use their warranty claim procedure to submit a claim. When I went to the Warranty Claim site, the first thing it said was that chargers come with a two-year warranty. I bought my charger two years and two weeks ago. I cannot repeat what I said under my breath. I decided to reply to the email from David, the FORM Charge customer support person, and ask him for advice. When I received a reply from him, I was expecting to hear a chuckle from my computer and a comment saying, “Too Bad.” However, I was pleasantly surprised when he said they would still honor the warranty. After I submitted the warranty information, I received another email saying my claim was accepted, and I should have a new charger within a week. I am so pleased to get equipment from a reputable company that values excellent customer service as much as their bottom line. I would definitely recommend Form Charge to anybody who needs a battery charger.

First, the charger is well built and works flawlessly. It worked well right out of the box. It replaced an original EZGO charger box that was huge and heavy. This unit is lightweight with 6' cables on both ends. It would be easy to place on board the cart, but I left it separate. Most importantly the service is first rate. It is an American company and you can talk to a real person. I made a mistake in the purchase process. It was entirely my error and mistake, but they were patient with me and worked to solve the problem above and beyond. I could not be more satisfied. I had concerns about replacing an OEM charger with one from Amazon that was so much cheaper and smaller. Those fears were completely unwarranted. This was a great purchase and experience.

The golf cart repair shop was going to charge us over $400 for a charger I'm glad I found this one. It arrived in just a few days and it charged our cart battery up overnight and automatically shut off when it was done charging. It has stayed fully charged for a week now. We don't run it every day but the old charger wasn't giving it that strong of a charge. I m very happy with this purchase, I would recommend and I would certainly buy it again if the need arose,

The charger worked great for 12 months, then would not charge. I contacted Form and was able to speak with Ron. I thought I would get the run around but Ron made things happen. In no time at all I was sent a replacement charger & back charging again. Thanks Ron !!

My old charger needed a new controller board. I started researching and looking at reviews and found the Form EZGO charger. I have to say it functions as advertised. It's simple, light weight, and well built. I have been using it for about a month or so, I can't speak to its longevity, but I can certainly say it seems to be a great product at a reasonable price. I am confident after reading the reviews, that should I have any issue, a simple phone call will resolve my concern.

The charger works great and is lightweight and waterproof. The ease of use was knocked down because it is not clear at all where to look for the lights. I put the charger out during daytime and the end of the charger was against the wall of the golf cart floorboard. I kept my eyes on what I thought were the lights on the long end of the device, but this is just a label describing what each of the lights really do or mean. Only because i went out and checked on the cart at nighttime did I see a light glowing on cord end of the device. I already had a service call put in and kept it so I could provide that feedback. To rectify the issue (since the customer service rep had already heard this multiple times), put it in the FAQ's ... or in the manual noting where the lights are ... are on the label on the device with an arrow to the next side of the device noting to look there.
