As an AuDHD person with food texture sensitivities I've been very pleasantly surprised by this protein. I do not like regular whey proteins cause of how it tastes "foamy" but this stuff doesn't. I have tried this is both smoothies and by itself with water. When mixed in the standard shaker bottle with metal coil ball it does foam up but if you let it completely settle it just tastes like flavored water. If you dilute it even more than the instructions the flavor still holds but is just weaker which I've enjoyed. It's usually listed at a good price.

Taste is okay, there is an after taste. But overall not bad, doesn’t cause bloating. Mixing is little tricky. Have to mix it 10-15 minutes before drinking because it forms the lumps that dissolve after multiple shakings. Have to give it some time to mix.

Delicious but difficult to mix, like most proteins powders. Shaker bottle didn’t do much for that. Using a handheld coffee frother quickly fixed it! Highly recommend!

Lemonade flavor tastes great and works well as a clear protein that I drink in water throughout the day. It helps to mix it up in a protein shaker and let it settle in the fridge for a few hours to let any remaining chunks dissolve. Love having a protein drink that isn't milky or chalky!

I’ve tried the peach mango and passion fruit. Great delicious fruity flavors, but while it states “sugar free” on the front label…it is over sweetened with “other sweeteners”. I prefer unsweetened beverages, so this clear protein is just way too sweet for my liking. But, if you like sweet beverages, you will probably love this clear protein!

I am completely in love with the clear protein. I have such a hard time making myself drink the milky, traditional protein powder and this is an excellent alternative. I have purchased 2 flavors, strawberry and mango peach and I like both. I also like to add a crystal light packet and mix a can of summer berry flavored Waterloo with the protein in my 32 oz cup and it tastes something like a Bang. This brand is also 3rd party tested and approved by my trainer after he said no to Isopure. But My Protein is less expensive for more servings anyway.
