So I purchased this to use for my business,the setup and installation was tedious but I got it,used it one time,and now it isn't printing.The product literallly only worked within the scope of the refund policy on Amazon so now I'm stuck with a useless printer. **Update**After the company saw my review they reached out and offered a refund/replacement..I'm only giving it 2 more stars cause they did correct the issue so I'm pleased about that ... show more

    • Great Little Printer at a Great Price, and Great Customer Service
I normally don't write reviews, but I had to on this. I have a small business and mail out a lot of items. I finally got tired of using printer paper and packing tape for my labels. I'll admit, it's not a very professional look. So, I couldn't justify putting off buying a thermal label printer any longer. I found this label printer that fits within a reasonable price range, and it's even better with a money-off coupon. I definitely use reviews to help with my buying decisions, and kind of had a hard time believing 100% 5-star ratings, but I took a chance, and bought this. I had to wait a couple of days before I could set it up, but got it all pugged in and ready to go. I went to the company's website for the driver, which loaded smoothly, but it wouldn't give me the test print. My internet is satellite, at the end of my day-time data allowance at that, so my connection was awful and slow.. and probably was the reason the driver probably didn't load right. Slow connections lead to many clicks and at least 4 copies of the driver. After uninstalling 3, I still couldn't get it to work. I contacted the company, thinking I wasn't going to hear from them for a few days, if at all. I couldn't believe that within an hour I had a response and a suggestion to uninstall/reinstall, and to contact them again with additional error information if it still failed to work. I did as they suggested, and la voila! I had a test page. I wanted to wait to write this review after I had printed my first label for an outgoing package since printing a test page is different than actually using it in a postage/shipping program. I use PirateShip, and printing this label was easy through their interface. Choose the correct format from their list, click "Print", and boom, all finished. No more strips of packing tape on my shipping envelopes, and labels being adhered to the tape in random angles from static electricity pulling the copy paper up. I'm officially in the "why didn't I buy one of these sooner" camp. I normally detest the thought of contacting customer service for anything, least of all things I get from Amazon. But c/s from this company was fast, friendly, and eager to help solve the problem. I'm very glad I took the leap. ... show more

    • Dosent work with paid labels
I tried printing a shipping label of UK and the quality was very bad. Is like it needs an specific format but I got it off ebay. The drawings of royal mail was a block of black. I ultimately found it too complicated for what it is. I'll just get a regular printer... since the shipping label was already paid on ebay i had to go to my nearest copy center. ... show more

It does exactly as says. I even printed my logo with it! It came with a usb to program or you can use the website which I recommend! Customer service is amazing. It’s adorable and the perfect size! The quality is exactly what is needed to ship labels! What an amazing deal and service!

    • Having trouble getting it to work
I'm having trouble getting this label device to work and have put it aside for the moment. It might be my computer I'm not sure! I can't really rate it fairly cause I haven't gotten it to work. I hope on my next try it will do the job. I really need it to work.

    • DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I purchased this product for my home business and it was a waste of money. Unfortunately, I did not open the label printer until after the return period. only to find out they sent a power plug that didn't even fit the printer. When I purchased my own plug, I came to find out that the printer didn't power on at all. A complete waste of money. ... show more
