Edited to change review from 4 stars to 1 star. The same thing happened with the replacement headphone. I am now listening to music and work calls with just the left earpiece working. There is obviously a flaw in the design. I would not recommend them because of this. The price is too high for 2 different headsets to half work after 3 months. Older post: I ordered these headphones three months ago and love them. They completely remove any road noise when I'm in my car and stay on better than in-ear ones. They work seamlessly with my Android phone and work computer, and I have no issues using them with Teams. The buttons are small, but I've adapted. However, after a few months, the right earpiece stopped working despite being treated gently the entire time. I tried visiting the LEVN Store for support, but as another reviewer noted, the form couldn't find the model. I then checked the invoice to find the seller and contacted DUWEIKEJI. They sent me troubleshooting tips, but they didn’t fix the issue with the right earpiece. Fortunately, they immediately sent a replacement. As others have mentioned, Dina provided excellent customer service. Despite the issue, I like the headphones and the customer service so much that they deserve 4 out of 5 stars.

I tried these open ear headphones because there are times when I need to also be able to hear anything going on around me. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. The pairing was seamless, and the sound quality was great. They wrap around the back of your head and they fit very well, there's no concern of them falling off. I have a neck and head that are a bit on the bigger side but they still fit very well. I would recommend these if you are looking for open ear options.

The way they press on my ears is occasionally slightly uncomfortable but, compared to earbuds and full over-the head headsets, these are a big improvement. They are light yet the speaker sound quality and mic quality are both excellent. They do leak sound out to the surrounding environment though. Have not run into battery life issues at this point but I don't use them for particularly extended periods. I use them when working out on my treadmill and rowing machine and they have lasted through a workout and additional hour plus videos/shows after that. Easy to charge with magnetic connector. Synced up easily with both computer and phone via Bluetooth. Seem to maintain connection over at least 25 ft even through concrete walls and metal stud walls. They do seem flimsy so am a bit concerned about how they will hold up but previous traditional headsets also seemed to be susceptible to damage fairly easily as well. Will keep these away from grandkids, though. My one complaint is that the on/off button is small and a bit tricky to activate and my hands/fingers aren't huge. They could reduce the size of the volume up and down buttons on either side of the on/off button (currently over twice the size) and make the latter bigger instead. You can always control volume from your phone/computer.

Pros: Responsive After Sales Support: The first one broke within a month. The product support sent me a replacement for free. The process is seamless and tension free. Connectivity: Good first time, but very limited distance coverage with bluetooth. Clarity and Comfort : It's good. Cons: Reconnection : Poor. If I go out of the range and getting back inside the range doesn't initiate automatic reconnect. I need to turn off and on to initiate connection. I am using Mac. Limited life: After 6 months, the device is not holding charge. I am experiencing discharge within 30 mins of full charge. Value for money : Poor.

they worked great sound was great boom stick worked great for a year but then they fell apart. the buttons came apart allowing the charging wire to break and then the boom stick came apart.

I don't want to knock the headset themselves. There is a quality issue I am currently having with the right ear piece only working in a certain position. Of course this happened 5 days after my return eligibility date. The reason I gave the unit only 2 stars is only because I have not received a single response to any of my contact attempts. The sound quality is great for over the ear. Noise cancellation for the person on the other end of a call is great. Made phone calls with sunroof open and windows partially down and I was told they could hear me clearly on the other side. Battery life is great. I am a heavy phone user throughout the day. And the battery will last all day without having to stop and charge. If I finally get a response from the manufacture I will update this review. UPDATE!!!!!: Amazon sent me to the manufacture of the headset for service issue. And that was the delayed respond from the manufacture. The Seller got the message and immediately jumped into action to get everything resolved. Dina, worked hard to get my issue resolved and they have my upmost respect for the speed and the way they handled the situation. I really do love the product and use it daily in my work and personal life. I will continue to do business with Dina and team and looking forward to see what other items they put up on Amazon. Dina, I want to personally thank you for you help.
