Let me say this; I’m much too old, sickly & I love to cook & bake…YES! Even now! But I’m finding it increasingly difficult to constantly push/pull my heavy appliances, in this case…my Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer. At least; that was the case BEFORE I purchased this SUPER TERRIFIC little mat that goes under it & helps it glide easily across my countertop! It stays put while I’m using my machine. Vibrations never move it, but when I require moving it from its corner position to where I can reach it & putting it back again…I can use my finger to move it EXTREMELY EASILY! If you need to not scratch up your countertops, if you simply need to move your heavier appliances like mixers or food processors, BUY THIS great “mother’s little helper” (as I like to call it)! It’s cheap enough & I'm on a fixed income, so it’s got to be cheap, but well made before I purchase anything! But this mat definitely is cheap enough, strong enough, nice enough colours & patterns to choose from & it truly does its job & makes my life MUCH simpler & I’m glad & grateful to share my joy with you! Simplicity is its own virtue & this mat IS “THE BEST THING SINCE SLICED BEEAD”! Buy it & live a little easier!
