I've been using this PSIIDAN dehydrator for a few week now, and it has completely exceeded my expectations. To answer the common questions right away: Yes, its wattage is 850W. This provides plenty of power. It dehydrates my fruits and jerky much faster than my older, lower-wattage model. No, it is not loud at all. It produces a gentle, low hum from the fan, but it's quiet enough that I can run it overnight in my kitchen without it disturbing anyone. And yes, it can definitely dehydrate all the things you're thinking of! I've used it for jerky, apple chips, banana slices, herbs from my garden, and even yogurt and fruit leathers. The 12 trays provide a massive capacity, and the stainless steel is so easy to clean. The digital timer and precise temperature control are game-changers, allowing me to "set it and forget it" with perfect results every time. Highly recommend!

I like the design of having stainless steel for this food dryer. This one came with multiple layers which is sufficient for me to dehydrate food. It has the digital panel on the top of the machine, touch pad, which makes it really stylish. No weird smell. It’s good that it came with a menu which introduces the temperature setting for different type of food. Pros: large capacity, touch pad panel, stainless steel material. Cons: pricy, as the price is 2x compared to normal food dehydrator. Overall a good shopping experience with the quality and capacity it provided.
