It took awhile to receive my trike and it was delivered by FedEx. If FedEx had not just dumped the box containing the trike off the end of his truck my have been less. It is very difficult for one person to move the box. The left rear wheel was bent and needed replacement. The company did want some proof and accepted two short videos of the wobbly rear tire. More time time to receive the new rim and disk brake w/screws. The tools they send to put the trike together are sufficient to do that but needing to take off the rear wheel you need a larger socket wrench. The screws to attach the disk brake to the rear wheel require a special tool which cost me $15 at home depot. I gave the full five stars for the trike and the service I got from the supplier of the trike. Once it was ready to ride I find it very sturdy. I was able to ride it in low gear around my block without the electric. I did try the electric an found it to be very responsive. I am 6'2" tall and I fit on the trike very well. I could want a bit longer handle bar but the way they are is fine. ... show more

The only thing I didn't like was it took all most 60 days to get here,but besides that everything 🙃 is good to go . I'm putting all accessories It came with it like the mirrors,back rest the phone holder, and the spring loaned seat . It came in very good condition, no scratches anywhere. ... show more

The Meetone Breeze Pro is an excellent electric trike. The shipment was timely. I had a defective main stem which secures the handle bars. Kelly and the technical support staff from Breeze Pro were very prompt in sending me the replacement part and providing me we detailed instructions in its installation. Although I was delay in using this trike by about a month but I gained the satisfaction of solving this problem with Kelly's help and getting to know the trike better. I also upgraded the Breeze Pro with a dual battery and that installation was also challenging but successful. I'm still waiting for the custom seat but the trike rides well with the original seat. I purchase the base model and it’s as advertised! I have only had it a few weeks but seems like really good trike for the money. Not many negatives. It is heavy like the reviews say but I do think that helps with stability. Assembly is fairly straight forward. Figure an hour if you are by yourself. Very well built and rugged. Ride is nice and turns on a dime. Good power but it’s not a road runner. Base models tops out at about 20 mph with hard peddling in assist mode 3. Remember to unlock the speed restriction on the control pad. You can find a video by the company on YouTube for that. Seat and seat back are comfy but thinking of getting upgraded seat so I can sit farther back from the peddles. The peddles are pushed forward farther than a regular bike but I think my bad knees would like to be even a little further back from the peddles. ... show more

Well so far happy with the product. Rock solid Trike. However, the rear right wheel was damaged during delivery. Kelly with there company is sending a new wheel to replace the bent wobbly one. The box appeared to be in good shape but coming from China who knows. This bike is great and the response so far for repair has been outstanding. Hopefully the replacement wheel will be easy to put back. We also order the Tour and it was in perfect condition. Highly recommend. ... show more

I can't say I've ever ridden the trike, so I won't comment on anything more than I have knowledge of. I spent ages researching trikes to help with part of my commute. I specifically chose this trike because they included the product dimensions when chosen so I made sure I could fit it in my SUV. Any normal person and advertisement would know product dimensions when folded include the whole product. No. Nope. Not for them. The height of the product is a full foot and a half taller than what they provide on their website. Be aware the product specifications when folded are not accurate as of when I purchased. Be aware that customer service will do anything to avoid a return when they in fact provided inaccurate product specifications to the consumer (me). They will take forever to respond. They will say this is your fault. They will tell you to BRING AN ALLEN WRENCH and take apart the back of the product twice a day and once you take apart the product, the specifications are accurate. Take it from me who has experienced this for a full week and am still trying to get money back for a product they knowingly sold with inaccurate data. In my opinion, if you have anything other than a truck or a trailer, this is probably not for you. Because saying something is 35 inches tall, and getting a product that is 52 inches tall, may impact you just as much as me, and I don't have $1,500 to give to some company whose "product specifications" don't include the whole product sold, and whose "customer service" will string you along trying to get you to keep a product that isn't what was sold. If I could give 0 stars for their customer service alone I would. ... show more
