First my wife and I both love this trike. I got it for her because she is uncomfortable riding on a bike. The trike was delivered earlier than expected so that was great. I watched the video for assembly and it was rather easy. Then I tried to latch the bike but it wouldn’t latch. The hinges were out of alignment. I contacted customer service, sent pictures and they told me that due to shipping they were misaligned. Well I can’t ride it if I can’t latch it. They recommended to have the un weld the hinges which I can’t ride not do. First I took it to a machine shop and because of liability issues they would not quote it. Now to get it to a shop I had to get a friend with a trailer. Then I took it to an electric motor shop that I knew had welding capabilities. They quoted me and Meetone gave me credit for the repair. While transporting it I noticed that the back left wheel closest to the differential had a wobble. Once again customer service addressed the issue. They ended up sending me a new hub and shaft. That took another couple of weeks to receive. Well to remove the wheel I had to purchase a bearing puller. Their video showed rocking the wheel to break it loose. That didn’t work but the puller did. I really didn’t want to replace the shaft unless I had to. So I put the new hub on. I did have to remove the tire and tube from the old wheel and replace it on the new wheel. Not a problem since I’m very familiar with bike tires. I needed to be because I rode a bicycle cross country in the 70’s. Once installed there was no wobble. So now I can adjust the spokes on the old wheel and have an extra wheel. For me getting the trike in riding condition was a nightmare and weeks lost. So a shout out to customer service. They will make it right. I don’t believe that they are based in the USA because some of their responses came in at 5 AM eastern time. If you need help they will definitely work with you. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Now after riding over 40 miles and still having battery life I can offer a review. This trike is a BEAST! I love it and so does my wife. She basically uses peddle assist 1&2. Our rides are basically flat with minor hills and you will get a workout. She is a cancer survivor and needs to strengthen her legs. I have not unlocked the higher speeds yet. The cable lock is coiled like a snake and can be difficult to unwind when I lock both bikes. Also it is a standard cable that can be cut. So I wouldn’t leave it in public for an extended time. Having two baskets is definitely a plus. You can carry quite a few items in both of them. I might purchase the larger rear basket in the future. The trike is very sturdy and rides well. Can you flip it? Well leave it to my wife, she did while making a U-turn to fast. Luckily she landed on somebody’s lawn. No damage to the trike. They also supplied extra paint to cover the welding repair. That was shipped from China and took about three weeks. Overall it was worth every penny even though I had some major issues. If you want a trike that is built like a tank don’t hesitate to get one. A good honest company to deal with. ... show more

I purchase the base model and it’s as advertised! I have only had it a few weeks but seems like really good trike for the money. Not many negatives. It is heavy like the reviews say but I do think that helps with stability. Assembly is fairly straight forward. Figure an hour if you are by yourself. Very well built and rugged. Ride is nice and turns on a dime. Good power but it’s not a road runner. Base models tops out at about 20 mph with hard peddling in assist mode 3. Remember to unlock the speed restriction on the control pad. You can find a video by the company on YouTube for that. Seat and seat back are comfy but thinking of getting upgraded seat so I can sit farther back from the peddles. The peddles are pushed forward farther than a regular bike but I think my bad knees would like to be even a little further back from the peddles. ... show more

Hi. First, we have two people and the person who rides the most can't pedal because of physical issues. That said, we had great experiences with Meetone. The shipping companies had some issues, but that is only a reflection on the shipping companies. Meetone has done a great job in spite of them. First, we ordered the Breeze. It is a nice trike. Meetone makes a good product. The shipper had dropped it many times and badly, so it did arrive damaged. But we were able to get a very short trial ride and a test ride on our neighbors hill. The result, we found, is that the Breeze or Breeze Pro would be excellent bikes for people who don't have very hilly areas to travel on. That was the one downside, it doesn't have great power for steeper hills. Other than that, it's a very comfortable trike. We didn't get to ride it too far because of the shipping damage, but we would still recommend it for more level terrain. Meetone is OUTSTANDING in replying to ALL of our messages and addressing ALL of our issues. So, we returned the damaged product and, because we live in a very hilly area, we ordered the Tour instead of a Breeze replacement. The Tour is amazing. Where the Breeze could not make it up our neighbors short, steep hill, the Tour tackled it with ease. Then we took it for a 5+ mile drive to a friends house for a long test. There was a hill there that was steeper than our neighbors driveway. The Tour slowed down, but it made it - without pedaling! I was so happy! So right now, I'm using the bike to exercise my service dog. And I'm teaching him to ride in the rear basket so I can take him to places that are further than he can comfortably walk/run. What would I change? It would be nice if the Tour could manage to put a front basket on. If I have my dog in the back, I have no place to safely put my spare battery or any groceries. The rearview mirrors need to extend outward more for better viewing, or be able to extend higher in the center like the rear view mirror of a car. The rear fenders are plastic and skewed off at an angle, but those were damaged in shipping. It would also be nice if they could adjust the frame to accommodate the upgraded seat. I had ordered it, but after seeing that you could not move it back far enough for a tall person to pedal comfortably without removing the rear basket, it just wouldn't work for me so it had to be returned. I need to use the rear basket. There must be some way to adjust the bike frame so that the frame for the upgraded seat could move vertically just like the saddle seat. What else can I say? Their customer service was the best I've ever experienced. Seriously. Every message I sent through Amazon messenger was answered the next morning (except Sunday). And boy, did I have a lot of messages with a lot of questions. Every single message was replied to the next morning. I don't write reviews, or maybe rarely. And usually it's to warn people about a really bad experience. But this time it's to tell you that this was really more than worth the wait. Just make sure to examine your delivery boxes BEFORE you sign for them, every side. One FedEx driver put the first trike down in such a way as to hide the worst damage or I never would have signed for it. So the ONLY thing you have to watch is that the shippers MAY be careless, and may try to hide shipping damage. But that is NOT the fault of the manufacturer. They did a GREAT job of trying to take care of problems that weren't even their fault. Well so far happy with the product. Rock solid Trike. However, the rear right wheel was damaged during delivery. Kelly with there company is sending a new wheel to replace the bent wobbly one. The box appeared to be in good shape but coming from China who knows. This bike is great and the response so far for repair has been outstanding. Hopefully the replacement wheel will be easy to put back. We also order the Tour and it was in perfect condition. Highly recommend. ... show more

It will get away from you, if you aren't careful. It is more powerful than I was expecting. You really need to learn to ride it. It is almost like learning to ride a bike for the first time. You need to be careful going crosswise on a hill or it will try to tip over, until you get used to it. But it is a lot of fun, and will be even more once I am more confident on it. It is quick to get up to speed. It was relatively easy to assemble. It is well made, with quality materials. I look forward to taking out to shop. ... show more
