Great scooter it is just what we needed. We were going on a cruise and I was going to rent one for my husband and I looked into it and it was only $100 more to purchase our own and then we can have it for whenever we go to the casino other cruises it's been a life savior my husband can walk he just can't walk long distances or stand in line for a long time without having to sit down so this was great. I can lift it myself out of my SUV and place it in another SUV we have fit it in the trunk of his 2016 Dodge Challenger so it does fit and Trunks of cars it's amazing it's a lifesaver the battery life lasts a long time it's easy to charge goes fast never any issues we've had it for a year and a half. Assembly was easy it Maneuvers great and tight places battery Life's a long time

I absolutely love this scooter. It's sturdy. Steering is very responsive and the turn radius is pretty good too. I like the adjustable speeds and the light and horn are great additions that really help at night. The seat is a mixed bag for me because I am kind of a big dude but it holds me nonetheless. A wider seat would be a fantastic improvement to this already fantastic scooter. The armrests help to ensure contour, comfort, and control while operating the scooter. I had an experience with the curb near my driveway of which has a slight lip and the scooter got over the lip and then just stopped I had to adjust my weight to push it forward in a rocking motion and then it started moving again. My only gripe. I also had the liberty of placing the scooter in the back of the SUV and it is not that light if just one is lifting it alone. It took two of us to get it up in the back and down then back up and then back down. I am glad that I purchased this because I needed it in a jiffy to get to my Dr's Appointments and it was delivered pretty quickly. I will not be able to get Medicare Reimbursement for this purchase because I didn't get a prescription and I didn't receive it from an Authorized Retailer. I didn't get the DME exemption where I would just have to pay 20%. Overall, I really like the scooter and I am looking forward to using it quite often. Oh, I forgot to mention that it comes with the charger and the charging times are pretty good. I really love the adjustable steering column which is great for someone like me who is 5'10". I need room for my knees. This scooter is so smooth and responsive that you can actually steer it with one arm comfortably. The start and stop levers are also very responsive and are comfortable to use. I just really enjoy my scooter.

Nice little scooter. I use the basket all the time. Works great going up a 10ft ramp 3 steps tall. It's not sluggish at all. Battery stays charged for a long time. I use my indoors and outside. The seat is not too bad for about an hour, but it could use some more cushion/comfort to it. Also, why I try to get the scooter up onto the car carrier, the anti-tip wheels will catch on the ground going up which prevents the scooter from going up onto the ramp. I put 2 boards down length wise and the scooter went up fine. I think it was the angle on the ramp which caused the hangup. Due to a leg injury and being in a brace for 12 wks, we're going to have to come up with a solution for the hang up, either add about 6 inches onto the length of the ramp or remove the anti-tip wheels.

So I put mine together took it for a ride, parked it in the garage charged it and it would not come on again. But when I plug it in and turn the key it starts beeping but if I unplug it no power. I think it has a short somewhere. I went from happy to very disappointed. No customer service that I can find either.

This Foldable Mobility Scooter for Seniors was just what my husband needed for a busy weekend (with the Grandkids at a local Amusement Park). The scooter is very comfortable for sitting long periods of time and plenty of space for your feet to sit without being afraid of them slipping off. The basket on the front has adequate space to hold several items and even a small compartment, towards the rider, that can hold wallet or cellphone. And the battery life lasted 2 days with only needing a small charge at the end of day one. It has a very loud horn which can get someones attention with no problem. Easy assembly and easy to fold down to put in your vehicle! Definitely looking to purchase mine in the near future!
