Scooter arrived four days early. It was very well packed. It was easy to take out of the box I had help because I am 74 years old. It is completely assembled. All I had to do was grab squeeze the lever under the front seat and pull up and let go of lever shake it a little bit to make sure it clicked in place next. I stood the tiller up so the little teeth at the bottom connect on one side and the other while, holding it with left hand with my right hand I turned the knob clockwise to tighten and let go and make sure it was in place that was all to that and you slide the arms on and put the knobs in the hole and turn them clockwise and lock them in place and Next I plugged it in and gave it a nine hour charge overnight and we were ready to go in the morning to my grandson‘s football games he had two scheduled for that day. I traveled all around the football fields, found the restrooms went to the food trucks. It was very easy to drive. The turning radius is a lot wider than my three wheeler, but that’s OK. It rides great over dirt the grass the bumpiness I felt safe. It is very sturdy. It easily went from the grass over the bump onto the sidewalks it has very good power. I only ran it on half power mostly on turtle. When I got in to open space, I turned it up a little faster but slowed it back down was not necessary to go that fast. It didn’t come with a basket, but I have a basket that hooks over the back of seat that works great. I am so happy with my purchase. I don’t have to take part to put it in my rogue sport. It slides straight in with the help of my husband and still plenty of room to put our wagon in with our cooler and stuff for the game and it was an excellent price you won’t be sorry oh and by the way, I bought the purple many people asked me about my scooter and where I got it from my friends were very impressed with the look and performance

So I got the scooter after a week the nut fell off holding the steering column in place. I will say customer service was very good, but now will a full charge it will only go 4 miles an hour when it was doing 6, it used to have alot of zip to it and now it has hardly any power, we have checked it all over can't find anything wrong. I want to return it but the windows has closed. I'm very sad and disappointed. It was a lot of money and I am very disabled and need it badly. I hadn't even got to ride it much because it's been so cold. Extremely disappointed

The media could not be loaded. My family has been wanting one of these for quite a while. With the value of this unit we were actually able to afford to pick one up without needing insurance. Very simple to use due to the folding ability you could actually pick this up and slide it in the back of a sport utility vehicle or van. The battery life is pretty amazing, the size of the frame is on the smaller side so if you are a larger person that might be hitting the weight limit I might suggest to find a larger unit, but the functionality and mobility of it is actually pretty impressive. I absolutely love the front and back lights. The horn is kind of lame as is every other scooter on the market. It is pretty Zippy for the speed but you do have the turtle level which goes slower and the rabbit which you could actually drive next to somebody on the sidewalk, at the mall, OR at the zoo with the family.

The scooter arrived quickly and it was very easy to assemble. I plugged it in and let it charge overnight, it was ready to go in the morning. The scooter is very easy to control and the seat is comfortable. My mother in law was able to go along with her grandkids on their daily walk. The scooter easily went through my gravel driveway and lawn. She likes how easy it is to control the speed. She can't wait to join her grandkids on other adventures with her scooter. She likes that she doesn't have to wait for an available scooter at the grocery store anymore. The scooter is easy to charge and when fully charged it lasts a long time. I would definitely recommend this scooter!

This senior mobility scooter has plenty of power and moderate speed control. It's also designed with anti-roll technology, equipped with front anti-collision rear anti-roll technology, and overall, it's incredibly safe. And the center control panel is designed to fit the needs of seniors with a large dashboard. Carrying capacity is also good, with 300LBS. I like it very much.

This elderly mobility scooter charges quickly and has plenty of range, it tends to last quite a while on a 6-7 hour charge and the batteries are all removable, which is handy. It also has four big tires, and the materials used are of good quality, and at first sight they are made of materials that will last and endure for a long time. It's also lightweight, weighing only 112 pounds. What's more, it can be ridden on most surfaces, such as regular concrete ground, muddy ground and even pass over obstacles.
