We bought this scooter and when it arrived , the handle bar was crooked, we connected with Cromex, the seller and they were more than willing and ready to help us, they went out of their way to accommodate us and suggested few ways to handle it, even sending a technician to help us change the new bar they sent. This scooter is not worth it! The bars that hold the seat up bent after 1 week of use at disney world (I am no where near the weight limit). The seat is now bent and I haven't had any luck with the seller. They said I can return it but I'd have to pay for shipping and parts to fix it so they can resell it. Seriously their product is bad and I have to lose money. I asked them to send me a shipping label and deduct the shipping from my refund but haven't seen it and they stopped communicating. Besides the issue with the bent bars this thing is terrible! It has a terrible turning radius (the huge electric wheelchairs at the grocery store turn better than this). There is a locking break mechanism to use when you are parked. That broke as well. The seat is so uncomfortable. I had a broken leg and at times it was more comfortable walking in disney world then riding this. At the end of the night my butt would be so sore. I tried to change the seat but the way it's built on it cannot be changed. ... show more

All the features I was looking for. I used mine for a whole week in Disney world this spring. The battery life is as advertised. I am close to the max weight for the main seat. I had no issues of bending or such as a previous reviewer. The three speeds came in handy on some steep terrain. Its compact design was wonderful. Totally worth every penny.
