Sometimes during shipping the wires might come loose. This happen to me. I thought there was something wrong with it. I contacted the seller & she told me to open it up. I pushed in the wires & turned it on. It started running, but You need to oil it before you start using it. Every new treadmill has to be oiled so the belt can move with ease So don't forget to oil your walking belt with the little bottle of oil that comes with it. She works great. I am 255lbs & it moves with ease even with me on it. It is so quiet. I don't have to worry about any noise. I can't wait to shed some pounds. I love that I can store it right under the my bed or in the closet. This is a wonderful little walking treadmill. I definitely recommend it. It's worth it.

Normally, I do not write this-long reviews, but I desperately needed an under-desk budget treadmill because of the weight I put on during and after COVID due to my endless working hours in front of the computer, and I was so confused during my web search for the product. It felt like I had to buy a $1200 high-end treadmill just to make sure that I did not waste my money. And I was so hesitant when I read the reviews. My concerns were: A) If it would be delivered intact(I read so many weird reviews about delivery) B) How noisy is it? (I live in a rental apartment) C) Would it fit under the moving IKEA desk (BEKANT) D) So many different brands, which one is more suitable-durable? E) Can I get one from Walmart to bypass the delivery waiting time? A) I have to say, the delivery was on time as expected. It wasn't broken, scratched, or anything else, even if the delivery was late at night and on a rainy, cold day. It was nicely packed. I even bought the warranty because of the bad reviews I read about the delivery (what a waste!). B) It is quiet if you're buying it to walk on it (the handle part is lying parallel to the ground). I use it with speeds 2 and less, and it is not noisy even without ever oiling it. I'm 120kg =~ 265 lbs, and I walk while I work for at least 4 hours a day. And in I also stop it and stand straight and work. For comparison, the treadmills in our apartment complex's amenity room, which are obviously way more expensive (from Technogym with touch screens & wifi), are way- way noisier than this one. C) I use it with BEKANT Ikea moving desk. I highly recommend the table as well. Buy the moving part, and it can fit any top with different dimensions according to your need. D) This was one of the cheapest but most functional. And I wanted one with steady handles, not a swinging pipe, if I'd prefer to run on it. The watch-like remote control works perfectly. But with the shipping, the total amount is ~300$, so don't forget to add the shipping costs when you compare treadmills costs on Amazon. E) I'm an above-average technology user, but I could not differentiate the differences between different versions under the same brand or brand types (I was interested in SuperFit ones), so I hesitated because of the bad reviews on the Walmart webpage. I could not understand why two products from the same brand had such distinct price ranges. Now looking back, I don't know the expectancy of those buyers, or maybe they really had a bad experience during the process. My experience was good, and I use the product as an under-desk treadmill. It does its job, and I recommend it! The things I did not like: 1) The iPhone app is a bit glitchy, but it works way better than I expected it would. By the way, the Bluetooth connection is fine, and it does not break during your exercise. It shows the needed parameters and updates itself constantly according to the distance and your movement speed, and it also shows other users' progress in real-time so that you can compete if you'd like. The only thing I really hated about the app was that it did not send any data to Apple Health. It gets your data, such as weight, height, or heart rate, but does not upload anything back to fill your Apple fitness rings. The app does not have an Apple Watch interface. The treadmill is not recognized by the Apple Watch or the Apple Sport app's Bluetooth connection separately, so the treadmill does not send data to Apple Health. The hack for this is to take off the armbands of the apple watch and stick the watch into the back side of your sock just behind your ankle (inner side). I tried to use my old Apple Watch (2 Apple watches - one account - two phones). Unfortunately, the system does not sum up the progress. I checked online for (2 Apple Watches, one account, - one phone), but it does not work as well. So use your daily smartwatch to keep track of your progress with this hack.

UPDATE TO MY REVIEW: The next day after posting my 1-star review, the seller contacted me to resolve this broken treadmill. And yes, the seller did make right and I am satisfied with the result of the seller's action. That is the positive of this item purchased. To this date, I have not been contacted by the Ancheer repair support and I still have this broken treadmill in my house. I did contact a reputable exercise equipment repair company in the area and they were happy to come out but they warned me that even if they find the faulty part, Amazon companies rarely return emails and more than likely they would not receive a repair part. The repair company advised that if I purchase another treadmill that I purchase brands that are better known for durability and performance. Thank you to the seller for making right. _______________________________________________ This item was purchased for the casual exercise in the living room for my wife and kids. This item was easy to assemble but it was disappointing to discover that the folding of the treadmill does not work if you have keep the handles attached. If you want to fold, the handles must be removed every time. This item was purchased on 04 Feb 2021 and arrived quickly on 11 Feb Feb 2021. But, very disappointing, it died in less than two months with minimal use. The treadmill had an error code of "EOC". I searched Google but I was not successful in finding a solution for this error. Furthermore, Ancheer didn't appear to have any kind of corporate webpage which was surprising. I was able to find the Ancheer Support in California and called and left a voicemail and sent an email on 06 Apr 2021. The email was responded to on the next business and they were responsive stating that they do not support Amazon purchases however they would forward my request on and they provided an email address to send my request for help. After no response for a few days, I responded to the after sales email address ([email protected]) provided on 13 Apr 2021. After three business days of no response, I am providing negative feedback for this item. I will update this review if any kind of customer support resolves it. I do not recommend a treadmill that stops functioning in less than months and a customer support that not seem to exist.

Ok so shipping went well. Arrived sooner than expected. Treadmill was easy to assemble, perfect size for someone in a small apartment. I advise using a drill for the black part of the hand rails, since they’re a pain to do manually. If you plan on folding it down a lot, you may wanna look into an easier to maneuver foldable treadmill. Unscrewing every time would get annoying. But I plan on keeping mine standing up, so that doesn’t bother me. Mine did come with some minor cosmetic damage, which is why I can’t give it 5 stars. Doesn’t look like it was due to shipping. Looks like it was damaged while being made, and their QC team clearly gave the thumbs up. So to me, that’s points against attention to detail. But as far as functionality- my first impression is that this treadmill is super quiet. I was pleasantly surprised. Since I live in an apartment with paper thin walls and floors, it’s nice to know I won’t be *that* neighbor. I did note some wonky feeling with the belt…. Like every time I step, it felt like it ever so slightly makes the belt pause. Not sure if this is a lubrication issue or if I’m just a fat pig. Either way- I decided to give it more time to see how it goes. (I did not notice this happening while running, only while walking). As far as the controls, they’re very simple to operate. I did read ahead about the batteries needed for the wrist remote. It’s not necessary to have, but a good option to have as opposed to using the handrails all the time. Like, say if I had a standing desk - and the rails were put down…. The wrist remote would be quite handy. Anywho - I plan on updating this every few months to see if there’s any significant wear and tear. Thanks for reading!

I'm in the process of losing weight and getting back in shape due to gaining weight from being on bed rest from after I had surgery. So I decided to look up some treadmills on Amazon that I would be able to to put up and have out without it taking up so much floor space in my house and I came across this item and I absolutely enjoy it. PROS is that I love the fact that it doesn't take up much space in my room and after I'm finish with it I can store it under my bed that was the main reason why I purchased this. I like that it shows your time, distance, calories lost and speed. CONS is that I thought I purchased this treadmill with the handle bar but I didn't so the only downfall is that I almost lost my balance a couple times due to losing my concentration so there's nothing to hold on to when that happens lmbo. Good thing I caught my balance so that's the only con I have! Purchase this treadmill! It is worth it especially if your looking for something small & compact, or if your in the beginning stages like me of getting back in shape it was definitely money well spent!

I DELT WITH VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. TAKES OVER A DAY TO RESPOND, AND NOT PROPER ENGLISH, ALMOST AS IF THE BUSINESS OWNER USED A POOR TRANSLATION APP. NO PROS ON MY LIST - CONS- THE ON/OFF SWITCH IS ON THE FRONT BOTTOM UNDER THE LIP, WHICH IS VERY INCONVEIENT WHEN YOU WANT THE TREDMILL TO BE ABLE A DESK. I needed a treadmill that doesn't take up space and can be easily stored, can go pretty fast (but I usually keep it lower for motor longevity), and a neat bonus is I can use it for a walking desk setup. I live in a small space and won't consistently be training, so it needs to fold up nicely. The Ancheer treadmill is the only treadmill that folds flat while having the strongest motor in the category, that I could find. I will rarely need the top speed for speed/pace work, but it's nice to run a stronger motor at lower strain for longevity's sake. The running surface is a little bit small, but you get used to it in a few sessions. Part of the point is the treadmill is small. Honestly it's not a big deal, but you will have to make sure to run straight. I use the controls on the handle for now, but I imagine the remote control will be necessary if you leave big handle down. The phone holder a little low to hold a phone/tablet to watch videos on, but is a good height for setting something down that you'll only pick up or look at now and then.

To be fair - for the price it did what I needed. Easy to use and move around. Due to health issues I used this for about 1.5 out of the 3 years. I’m very disappointed it broke after 3. Especially since I didn’t really “run” and only walked on it, and do not exceed the weight limit set by the manufacturer.
