Does not have any sort of suspension, so every bump, dip, line in the cement, pebble, etc. is sent straight through the body. The seat also does not have enough cushioning, which makes it even more uncomfortable to sit on and ride around on, especially if you have spinal injuries or pain in the hips. The tires are hard rubber/plastic, so they do not offer any cushioning to the overall ride either. The spreed is very limited, even at the highest speed, it's about the same as a brisk walking pace. The battery/controller/computer overheats from continuous use after about 30 minutes on a smooth, flat paved surface and stops working, leaving you somewhat stranded until it decides to work again. I would not recommend this to anyone. I also find the bright blue color unattractive. Black would look so much better. Overall, I'm very disappointed. ... show more

Highly disappointed. I bought this on April 2nd . I use it to get the mail take the trash out and take the recycle out about 4 times a week. I live in a condo so it's pretty easy to get it and out of but unfortunately June 2 exactly 2 months to the date I purchased it, it just stopped working completely. I can't get it to work I try. From my contact with the seller he was giving me some tips on how to get it to work and nothing worked. I took pictures of it and he told me it wasn't working because I put it together wrong so I said OK it's been working for two months and you're telling me that all of a sudden it's not working because I put it together wrong ? It didn't make any sense to me. He stopped replying to me unfortunately in the trash it's going because there's nothing I can do with it I'm sorry I ever bought it and I do not recommend this product because I don't think the seller is very helpful if you have a problem. ... show more

Be careful of this scooter, you have to pay to return it or they will deduct 130.00 off your refund!! All plastic, feels like a toy!! Doesn’t FOLD and if you are 280lbs this scooter is too small even though it says 330lbs, the seat is not secure and feels like it would break when you situated yourself ... show more
