It fits through our doorways better than his wheelchair and is much quicker. Lots of places to put his stuff, cell phone, drink and whatever else he is carrying around at the time. The seat rotates to make it easier to get on. My husband is a big man, 260lbs and it carries him with ease. We had a few issues with the battery and charger and they sent detailed troubleshooting emails. And when that didn’t work, they sent a brand new battery. It came very quickly so he was not without his scooter for long. We missed their follow up phone call but they did call to make sure we were satisfied. Recieved early and was shipped in great packaging. Very easy to assemble great battery life. Took ours to Sea world and Aquatica and lasted for both parks before needing a charge. Comfortable seat with pleanty of leg room. Love the seat rising option and lots of storage. We had to load into back of a truck and was light enough to lift. Easy to take apart if needed. OMG! This scooter is amazing! It has a lot of pep. I used it when I had leg and foot surgery. I did go to fast a few times and crashed into my cupboards lol. The 2 baskets are so helpful. The seat is comfortable. Arm rests are very handy but do not use them for a safety supportive tool. The lights were also handy. The battery charger gets hot so I drape it off the bottom of the arm rest for good airflow and no contact. Adjustable handle bar, easy set up, cup holder nice and handy, phone holder useless to small for iPhone with case. ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT AND WILL RECOMMEND! ... show more

This is just the ticket for traveling and use around the neighborhood. I have a sever sciatic situation and I'm unable to walk more than 50 feet without pain. This scooter is perfect for getting me to the pool or to the neighbors for coffee. We are leaving for an international vacation and the scooter folds nicely and can be put on the plane in the cargo hold. It will not go on the plane itself. It took me a while to concede to the fact that I will need assistance on this trip, but I'm glad I did. The price was just right too! ... show more

I got this Scooter for my nana and she absolutely loves it. She's on the heavier side and this fits her perfectly. Me and her built it together and the quality of these pieces were just as the pictures looked, shiny, bright red, and no damages. It's easy to transport the scooter from full to disassembled and put in the back of my Papas truck. It fits nicely in there. The speed gauge on the front has 6 differnt levels and depending where she wants to go (in store, cruise around outside for a bit) it's fast when it needs to be and slow and calm when it's time to chill. She said she feels like Turbo lol. The price was just what we were looking for and honestly it's worth the value. Definitely a great pick up and i recommend this for sure.     • Does not fold, Hard to turn, impossible for one person to lift.

So heavy it is impossible for one person to lift without hurting your back, shoulders and elbows. I have had this scooter for 3 months and have been able to ask many people to help get it in my car. Even with two people working to pick it up it is difficult. It is described as foldable - it is not. The entire base is one piece; you can remove the battery and the seat, but you are left with a very large very heavy base. The battery life is not adequate. If I drive it from my work parking lot into the office I need to charge it before I go back to my car. Handling: Turning around on a normal sidewalk takes 10 or 12 turns and will take you a long time. Don't even think about trying to maneuver in an elevator. My old motorized scooter (another brand) was over 10 years old and was still going strong. It was looking sad because I used it so much, but it worked so much better than this thing. I was looking a an inexpensive way to putch around my neighborhood. I have difficulty walking due to back problems. PROS: Easy assembly Double baskets Higher weight capacity Good acceleration CONS: Folding leaves the 50 pound base which exceeds my lift limit Be careful on bumpy surfaces Would not travel suggested 12 miles I could take this on the road if I have someone to help me put it in the trunk. I’d like to get another battery to extend travel distance. It is great in my neighborhood, which has sidewalks and overall flat terrain. Very bumpy ride on uneven surfaces. Very heavy! I can not lift it into my car myself. I was hoping it broke down into manageable pieces, but it does not. The turning radius is awful- no tight turns, It is sturdy though. You don't feel like it will tip over. The "floor" is not attached so it will flip off if you step wrong or kick it. When I asked to return it- they wanted me to pay between 200- 400 dollars depending on shipping costs. They said it was my fault that it was not what I needed/expected, and they were not responsible for my satisfaction, because the website explained it. The battery does last a long time between charging. It is cute and I got a lot of comments on the color. I liked it but it is not what I expected/needed. ... show more
