This chair is fantastic value for money. I needed to change out my desk chair as after a few years of desk work, my body is paying the price. I was hoping to find a chair that was not crazy expensive, comfortable provides lumbar and neck support, has arm rests and is somewhat stylish. I ordered the brown chair, and it suits my office perfectly. As someone who is short (5'3") and small framed, I'm really happy that this chair isn't overly large. I also really love that the arm rests raise, and the chair has a hydraulic tilt when you lean back. Take the time to get it adjusted to your frame and you won't be disappointed. As a bonus, the leaflet that came with it offered a free lumbar pillow on request to provide more lumbar support - i'm taking them up on that and will update the review once it arrives. I think the extra support will be helpful as I have a large curve in my lower back. Their customer support has been excellent so far, and the product comes with a 3 year repair/replacement warranty with the manufacturer. For $120, i'm very happy with my purchase!

This is an absolutely phenomenal chair so much so that we ordered it twice!! (Had to move states and sold one). It’s durable, reliant and very easily swivels too for some fun twirls ;p We have used it for office use at home and this time around asked for a lumbar support pillow too. 10/10 customer service actually since they gave us two instead of one pillow- honoring our past orders. :) Love it! Went above and beyond. Customer for life.

I bought this chair because I was tired of my old one sinking every few days and giving me back pain. This one came well-packaged, and I put it together in about 20–25 minutes with no issues. All the tools were in the box, and the instructions were simple enough. Once built, it felt solid right away. No wobble, no strange noises. I’m about 6 feet tall and sit in it for 8–10 hours daily. The seat is firm in a good way; not stiff, just supportive. The mesh back keeps me from overheating during long Zoom calls, and the lumbar support actually lines up where it should. The headrest adjusts well and feels useful, not decorative. The flip-up arms are great if you want to pull the chair all the way under the desk, and they don’t get in the way when typing. The built-in coat hanger on the back turned out to be more useful than I expected: it’s where I hang my hoodie now instead of tossing it on the bed. Overall, this chair just works. It’s not flashy, but it’s comfortable, functional, and well worth the price. I don’t notice it when I’m using it, which is probably the best sign it’s doing its job. What stands out: - Easy assembly with clear instructions - Sturdy feel, no creaks or loose parts - Supportive cushion that holds shape - Flip-up armrests save space - Headrest and lumbar both adjust well

Overall this is a good chair. The seat cushion and back are pretty comfortable, at least initially. Assembly was fairly easy and the tool provided was a nice change from the typical nickel plated Allen wrench. Lumbar support is good. Reclining options are good. Chair wheels roll easily over carpet. My only concern is the amount of plastic involved in the build. There is some noticeable flexion when sitting or adjusting at certain angles. Fingers crossed it does not snap and toss me in the floor as some point. I would not recommend if you are larger in size or overweight as we're average size and it already feels a little unstable.

So far, this chair is 5 stars. I bought it to replace my old home office chair, which was killing my back up into my neck. I didn't realize how bad that chair was until I sat on this one--very comfortable! The height adjustment is more than sufficient for me. I'm 5' 4" tall, 125 lbs. The seat and headrest fabric seem to be of good quality; the armrests fold up and completely back so they're out of the way when you don't want to use them. The adjustable lumbar support is beneficial and functional. My old chair had lumbar support but for some reason, it just wasn't beneficial. I appreciate the extended 5-year warranty at no charge that was offered after the sale, as well as the lumbar pillow that adds to the comfort. The seller was quick to respond when I contacted them. I got the grey fabric. I am very happy with this purchase.

Great product. The chair was easy to assemble and doesn't squeak or make any noises. It provides more back support than standard office chairs, and you can contact the seller after receiving the chair to get a lumbar pillow for no additional cost. There's also a free warranty included. I had trouble activating the warranty and ordering the pillow because the site told me my order ID was invalid, so I reached out to customer support and they resolved the issue easily.
