Absolutely perfect bike for beginners. This is my first bike and I love it. I ride the bike about 40 miles back and forth from work. A Consistent 25mph and a couple times i switch to 4th gear and go 45 mph for the whole hour ride gets me to work with still a little battery life to spare. Has great acceleration and brakes. The display screen is nice and big to be able to see clearly. The lights are great I believe for safety at night(colored changing lights). Including the headlight and back light with blinkers is really convenient and safe. Plus the bike has a alarm system. I feel i could go on. Theres alot of pros to the bike. And Id suggest it. Especially for the value. Tough strong frame to bike. Very sturdy. Weight is not to heavy. Such a fun bike. Customer service was great too. Recommend requesting a secondary battery for longer rides

There's a bike wasn't too bad to put together but once I got everything together everything plugged in it did not work the control panel kept flickering every time I will use it key. I thought I plug something in wrong but you really can't because everything is color coded so I unplugged everything again and we plugged it back in the dash was still flickering so I requested a refund as I was taking it back apart to return it that's when I found out the problem somebody had assembled The hub motor in crooked the whole back wheel was way off centered. I'm not saying not to get this ebike .I'm the one that had the bad experience maybe you're all want have any problems at all.just I got the bad one.

Okay Bike, but the Advertised Speed Is Misleading First, the listing claims that this bike reaches 45 MPH. That was not true in my experience. Mine topped out at approximately 20 MPH, which I find very misleading. Assembly was fairly straightforward, except for two screws that would not come out. They looked as though someone had previously used vice grips to overtighten them, making me wonder whether the bike had been handled or assembled before. Be very careful the first time you accelerate. The bike has a surprisingly powerful takeoff and can easily pop a wheelie if you are not prepared. The bike looks okay, but it is smaller than expected and almost feels more suitable for a child or teenager. However, for around $800, I suppose you get what you pay for. I plan to test it over the next few weeks to get a better idea of its durability and battery life. For now, I would describe it as okay, but certainly not great.

Smooth ride, handles nicely. Only issue is the speed is a little mis-leading. Reading about this bike when purchased it claims it goes up to 45mph but out of box it is only 20 mph. You need to call the manufacturer to have them help unlock the bike to have access to the speed it claims.

I’be been riding this bike for a while, and I’m really happy with it. It is easy to ride, even on rough roads, and makes bumps feel much smoother. The long battery life is another big plus. Overall, it is made my daily life more comfortable and enjoyable.

Assembly was easy. Took it out for a spin in the park. Smooth ride even on bumpy road and going uphill. Battery holding up pretty good after riding for a while. Quality is pretty good and sturdy. Able to fold to place in my trunk.
