So this workout bench doesn't come with weights, but I would call it Professional workout equipment (or commercial, whatever you wanna call it) It's the quality of a gym equipment. I'm 300lbs, my roommate is 400lbs and this thing is heavy heavy duty and I think it's gonna last a long time. Now the con, it doesn't come with weights, but who cares. You can buy those on the side and then only get what you need instead of an entire set. But even without the weights, there are plenty of exercises you can do on it that will help flex your body, increase mobility, and so on. This package is pretty HEAVY, but that's simply because it's heavy duty and well built. I've been using it for about a week now and every day I'm doing something different on it just to get my bearings. If you need to work out to improve stamina, endurance, fitness, weight loss, whatever your goal may be, you can achieve it with this. ... show more

Only took about 15 minutes to assemble. Covers and pads seem to be good quality. Bench is sturdy (I’m 5’7” 180lb for reference). The included resistance bands are a nice touch. No complaints.

This was pretty straightforward to put together didn’t take too long, it is comfortable to use I like that it’s adjustable and can be reduced down to save space also the 90 to - 30 degree back adjustment is nice I can do incline and sit-ups you also get resistance band, the bench feels durable sturdy well made.
