Manufacturer offers other models suitable for larger individuals as well at a reasonably higher price. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall sturdiness and quality of design, build, and materials for the price...no, no...I was shocked. Try as I might, I cannot find a single flaw in this bench. The resistance bands are aligned with the size of the bench; ideal for average to small framed beginners or physical therapy, but not for intermediate to advanced strength training; although, aftermarket resistance bands and free weights can effectively be used with the bench. There's so many different ways to workout on this bench! I'm getting alot of use with this. The resistance bands are great for upper workouts. Plus a set of dumbbells allows you to workout your whole body! Plus it folds up when not in use. Easy to assemble made it nice!

Mine arrived mostly assembled! Not sure if someone else tried to put it together and gave up... or they all come like this! Took me five minutes to finish it! Pretty happy with my purchase! Thanks to whomever put this thing together before it arrived! The hardest part about this mess will be breaking down the boxes that it arrived in! Those things are YUGE! I think they used two rolls of tape to tape parts of the box that didn't really need any tape! Oh! It also came with a free wrench! Never know when one is going to need a wrench! ... show more

This was great and was easy to assemble. It's a solid bench and has been holding up well with workouts through a few weeks now. I also like that it comes with bands that you can use instead of free weights. This allows you to get started immediately. So far so good with this one.
