It's good just keep in mind that it is small. So if you are taller and or thicker it can be harder to use. I was easy to follow the directions to assemble. I am thicker so it feels awkward to fit on it. But it still works.

For the price, the product can't be beat. I've been using it for about a year now, and it has held up extremely well. I can tell the chair will last a long time. Folds up easily as well for storage. Highly recommend.

I've had a couple benches and this is the best. It looks and works like a quality bench and you can't beat the price. I basically bought it to use as a decline bench, basically to do leg raises. Like another bench, the bench's leather upholstery started opening at the middle of the top of the board. I've read the same complaint . Manufacturers should round the boards' tops. ... show more

I’m a 5’7 man. Short men and most women will have a fine time with this, but if you’re tall you should look elsewhere. Your head will not be supported at all when benching. But for me it works just fine. Holds me and my 70 lb dumbbells, it’s sturdy and comfy.

I got this on sale basically paid 115 for it, its definitely worth for that price, im 6 foot 3 so its alittle small and doesnt have a head rest, the seat is very narrow also so doing decline press is difficult due to the lack of traction with half my legs on the seat and my feet holding the foam at the bottom. Bought to do the LIIFT more workouts and this didn't disappoint. Nice sturdy bench. I never worried about my stability and I used it for all kinds of things. My kids especially love climbing on it.

This may not be the most sturdy or gym-quality bench, but it's exactly what I was looking for to work out at home. The back and the seat are adjustable to comfortable angles for every workout and everyone's individual comfort level. I said it may not be the most sturdy, but this bench is very sturdy for home workouts!!
